ОтветитьThe quality of the dishes is really wnderfull and is seems worthy of a green star due to the amount of home grown products combined with the sheer amount of local dishes implemented throughout all courses.

My grandmother was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary and my dad was a first generation American. We were raised on both Hungarian and Polish food. The food at your restaurant looks amazing. I am loving all the different ways of displaying/serving the courses. Your videos are top notch. My only critique is… the restaurant colors and design is very off putting. It doesn’t seem to appear warm, inviting or cozy. Hungary has so many gorgeous buildings with stunning architecture but, so many people have jumped on the wagon for the latest fads in modern/contemporary design which doesn’t always work well for a restaurant or their surroundings. Thank you for the video.

ОтветитьThis is NOT food. These are pieces of meat or veg imitating food. Why is it not? Because you can just be full from all that pretentiousness and fakeness. 2. When the restaurant is gone, no one remembers it. True food is something that generations remember and continuously enjoy.

ОтветитьLet's review the reviewer: Vegetarian option, great, but you would have really impressed us if you said vegan. Beautiful flatware, buying it for my house but in your restaurant there is no continuity, a paramount trait for the food journey demonstrated so very well in other restaurants. So, you want the liability of a guest accidentally chomping down on a real rock as they attempt to identify the fake rock? worst decision ever. Congrats, the charcoal tempura looks like old dog turds. Duck liver is out, at least for those who are ethical and compassionate, clearly you are not. Your lobster bisque is way too foamy, looks like someone spit in the bowl several times. You must be careful not to over-use the Blumenthal fads such as foam and LN2, it becomes predictable and distracting. Your lamb and carrot both have way to much crap on the top, as a result, the carrot appears dirty. Again, you keep over embellishing your dishes, less is more. Food eaten off the skin is not playful, its disgusting and also can't support a consistent flavor as people spray scent in different places before heading out for the evening. How the F does this place have a M Star? Perhaps because its in the middle of nowhere, lol.

ОтветитьWhen I was a young choirboy we toured Hungary and sang one of Frank Liszt’s masses in the Basilica at Esztergom. The basilica has a 9 second echo and the mass was written with that in mind.
