How to get a granades and Shields 5000?

We might need crystals to get to power level 5000

Bro I'm not getting any grenades or shields level 5000.

So once you hit a PR of 5k with your weapon you can't enhance it anymore...How can you enhance the bonus then? they should change this(although the dev just don't care about the game & will never change anything)
