ОтветитьI'm 56 year old guy. A bit overweight still, but getting fitter. Walk dog twice a day and (since May 2022) have worked out for at least 30 mins a day. This is the best workout I have found yet, though i am struggling at the end. Very enjoyable.

Day 1: Oof. Im so outta shape. I tool like 5 to 6 breaks . And plus i still had 8 minutes to go so dint finish the workout completely. But overall feeling energized.
Day 2: im feeling super energized and only took 2 breaks. Not seeing any progress but def feeling lighter

She allows me to still move, sweat and get my cardio in despite my one bad foot from a recent accident. I am too much of a gym rat to not workout and moving helps my mental health and achy joints. It really means a lot, thank you, Jeanette 😁

ОтветитьIm doing this bc i ate a bag wiith like 10 little chocolates without checking its calories and then checked the calories... it hit me.. 500 damn calories like aint no wayyy

Ответитьi’ve started doing this yesterday and it was so hard i had to take like a break every 10 minutes. today i only have 18 minutes left and took my first break!

This burned me 680 calories yo! Crazyyyy! I enjoyed every second of this so much. I am so proud that I could finish this

ОтветитьI was doing it and bruised my foot accidentally from falling during the jumping jacks 😭(I did it on carpet that was a huge mistake on my part)
