ALL Idols date, including the members of BTS. I wish they would allow them to just be normal people and openly date. I suspect BTS and other groups from HYBE will be the ones to break this barrier down. If you leave the fandom of an Idol/group, you were never a fan. Being fan is supporting them in their music, entertainment, merch, causes, concerts NOT where they are, what the wear, who they are with, that is called being a stalker/sasaeng! If you can't separate that get therapy! You deserve to be happy and pining over a famous person will not make you happy.

I feel sorry for them. Like it was stated in the beginning, do you really think these grown men and women haven't been on dates or have had relationships. You think these grown-ups are walking around virgins just to please their fandoms. That's why there is so much sexual tension within the groups they crave that affection and if they can't find it outside get it where you can.

i can get why idols would want to keep their dating life secretly from their fans...fans can be outright delusional and even crazy. Even if Lee Know & Han from StrayKids are not in love, I really admire in awe, their bold outtake and gestures in that they show their affection for each other unbothered by cameras (unlike how other celebs try to be all cautious.) Gosh. They have my blessings if they decide to be together in future. Nothing breaks my heart more than to see two celebs forced to sacrifice their love because of Company contracts or obsessed fanatics aka fans. Infact my theory is 'fandom' os so overdone...we should try to be a 'Well Wisher' instead and only be concerned with the music/ movie/ art they make and not try to interfere, control or judge any celebrity's personal lives. How sad, but it is the management companies who have generated a subculture of repression in their idol employees, Korean culture in itself lives in a double standard regarding couple relationships and the companies that manage idols raise expectations and the desire to belong to another's life, through godifying an idol, a god, not a human with human needs, but a god who does not feel and who, in the eyes of his worshipers, has no right to be normal, to They are a god and cannot fail and when they catch them being human, eating, crying, going out to walk the dog and exercising woowww they make a fuss and check their outfit and where and when they buy it and the price... and if the fans catch them with a person of the opposite sex or in a date or holding hands or when they have a partner ufff they have to go out to deny, ask for forgiveness and cry and sometimes to quit their job or commit suicide because in Korea being an idol is synonymous with being God and a God has no passions or needs human, a God doesn't fail, A god does not contravene the expectations of his fans, he was only created to satisfy the fans, nothing more than that.

Im Watching al this kpop idols …I’m a fan of Astro…but if one of them are getting into a relationship I will be extremely happy for them. I want to see them happy, with wife, kids, enjoying the family life. I will suport them no matter what.

I'm so glad to see that as the idols approach their 30s, especially once they've left the military, their fans have married and started families of their own, and don't lose their minds when idols start dating, and force the idols to leave their group if they marry. A small handful of members of Super Junior have gotten married, the most recent being Ryeowook, who's marriage fans celebrated. He still gets mobbed by fans when he's out with his wife, and they're not calling for him to be shunned by the industry. I'm really hoping the other guys will find time in their lives for relationships. Shindong especially seems to really want to get married.

I sometimes wonder if some KPop stars also end up dating teammates
