Ответитьhow should i train to get good hand and ball contact.
ОтветитьWish I found you sooner; watched tons of lengthy videos that do not even compare to this; so short and yet you go in depth in explaining why it works; why cant all similar channels be this concise?
ОтветитьThat is the most difficult thing I have ever tried to learn
ОтветитьHello, I'm from the Philippines, during spiking, what should i do with my wrist? yes i clip it down but should i stiff my wrist or relax my wrist?

ОтветитьSir during external rotation my right shoulder joint make pop sound. Is it okay as i dont have any pain rn.
ОтветитьI've tried this for the first time in play today ... it just works. The hits became super powerful and fast
ОтветитьTnx that's the first well-explained video I've watched, concise and clear good job !
ОтветитьMan you are the man, always hurt my shoulder when spike. My external rotation seems so not well, and now practicing your video. It's not hurt !! Thanks
ОтветитьVideo helps a lot ☺️ ty sir
ОтветитьThank you so much, i have searched for so long for this explanation. People are talking about scaploading, etc as an solution to stop shoulder pain, but I just always put huge amounts of force on my shoulder and generated my spikes just with my arm.
My shoulder is still hurting but trying your technique didn't hurt at all.
I still have one question:
Should I scapload / retract my shoulder blade?
I heard that the shoulder scapular should be pulled very close to the ripcage by the muscles, when performing overhead movements. Is that true or should I let it loose?
Edit: Thanks for Part 2, there you explained that you should retract the scapular. But should I release the retraction, when I feel the big stretch in the front, so it unleashes even more, or is it bad for the shoulder?
Thanks brother
ОтветитьYes I do need to change how I spike bec my shoulder is starting to hurt
ОтветитьThe shoulder joint is the origin point of the arm which is connected to the body and since you generate acceleration from the arm the origin point should remain as stable as possible to get a solid contact during forward swing
ОтветитьSuch a great explanation!
ОтветитьBest teacher of voly bal
ОтветитьIs it normal that my body makes a sound if I do armswing?
