Tan Kiat How Answers Questions From Gen Alpha Kids

Tan Kiat How, PAP Member of Parliament for East Coast GRC, says spending time with his 3-year-old son Isaac allows him to “appreciate the small things in life” all over again. “By listening to and answering his questions - are stars like planes? Do they move? - I also discover more about our world. Gosh, it feels as if I learnt more from him than him me!”

In this video with The Singapore Women's Weekly for Father's Day 2023, Kiat How takes on questions from Gen Alpha. He shares his true feelings about "ting xie" (Chinese spelling), and whether the government can "make it 2 days of school and 5 days of weekends every week".
