💥In order for this deal to work the land needs to be "Build Ready" to be very appealing for a buyer. If it is not then the buyer will need permits, excavating, dynamite, very large machinery, and a lot of TIME & MONEY.

💥You can absolutely make some large checks wholesaling land but there is a lot more that goes into the underwriting process for a buyer. Expect longer closings and longer due diligence periods. However the right deal can definitely land you a 6 figure check !
