The M27-IAR’s reload animation was later used for the M4LMG in COD Mobile.

Fun fact: the revolver in ghost and the .44 in infinite warfare share the same animation

Why are these reloads actually really good tho, even compared to newer CoD games like MWII (2022), I’d probably prefer these animations

Ghost was actually one of my favorite cods. Especially when I didn't have Internet for long stretches as a child (our family was on/off poor) I would make custom lobbies and just play against bots all day with different gun builds and get the juggernaut. The guns were the coolest in ghost, and the campaign was ahead of it's time. Modern Warfare 2019 was essentially a remake of Ghost.
