100% agree with the outcome here. Grievous could MAYBE take down a basic Predator, but no way in hell he's surviving long against a Upgraded Predator like this. Grievous has too many weaknesses, too many vulnerable points. He wouldnt last long against a TEN foot tall, armored and armed to the teeth Super Predator

Yeah no Grievous would destroy the Predator he is much faster and stronger he is also pretty smart and he is able to withstand a lot of damage and the Predator don't really have a good answer to his lightsabers Grievous is also a incredible marksman and he is stronger enough to crush Mandalorian armor as seen in the comics so he could probably kill the Predator even if he was unarmed

Grevious will win very easy over predator. Cut in half with it's lightsabers.
