Women are paid by the courts a 'Victim Allowance" as result of claim of purported domestic violence and requires no evidences from the woman or the police. The men are simply thrown in goal sometimes up to several months without charge and without evidences of being at fault, even if they have done no wrong. And if you are married you will loose your home and children and savings and superannuation funds. .Any male who lives with a woman is very, very brave.

We have had mens behavioural change for sometime. If you are hit with an order like a non contact order or what they call an Anti violence order you are made to under go a Mens Behavioural change course. Note when they say violence it includes any type of control that you are accused of using...but get this you are then controlled by so many rules including not being able to talk about the person who sought the order and basically you are controlled in all aspects and automatically your children are put on the order so the female has full control and there is no requirement for proof or evidence that gets you the order. So the order is civil and needs not be really proven just accused and the stipulation is if the female claims to fear the man. Mostly the female fears the stupid evil actions she did like ;lock a man out of his own home secure the money and steal from him...I would be scared of the repercussions too if I did that to someone so the fear is not for him its fear of her own actions and if a man breaks the dodgy order then the repercussions are criminal. Oh this is based on what they say is domestic violence which is a lie and is down 50% from 1996 figures 247 deaths. Whilst mens Suicide is 54 men per week and I cant qualify this but as a man who had an order I believe theses suicides are heavily linked to these numbers as when a man is gagged bound and has no say in his kids or contact due to the actions of a bitter and twisted ex who is running on vengeance and untethered anger you don't feel much of a man and your hands are tied in everything you feel hopeless

They have included many incidents where the numbers include the likes of a guy and girl met online organised first date and he killed the girl that is not domestic violence. Also many are criminal men who have been jailed or are out on bail awaiting trial but the point is they are known by police who do nothing to keep track of these men. These are criminals they are not the usual man who is undergoing separation with his wife and instructed to place an order on him as you secure money and kids and bind and gag the man. its a strategy that many lawyers suggest !!
