È importantissimo avere delle basi solide dalle quali partire, per poter poi affermarsi, in cucina così come in qualsiasi altro campo. Ecco perché abbiamo pensato a questo format, assieme agli amici di Febal Casa, perché anche Andrea, prima di diventare ufficialmente "Il Maestro", si è dovuto cimentare con le ricette più semplici ed è riuscito a far sue le tecniche fondamentali.
Oggi Il Maestro ha deciso di condividere con voi i suoi segreti per realizzare una bisque perfetta, seguite la seconda puntata di Tuttorial in Camicia per scoprirli!

Ingredienti per 2 persone
Tempo di preparazione: 60 minuti
Difficoltà: Media
• Scarti di 500 g di gamberi;
• Acqua, 500 ml;
• Ghiaccio, 500 g;
• Sedano, 1 gambo;
• Carota, 1⁄2;
• Finocchio, 1/4;
• Pomodorini, 4;
• Cipolla bionda, 1⁄2;
• Brandy, 30 g.

Per lo spaghetto ai gamberi:
• Spaghetti, 100 g;
• Bisque di gamberi, q.b.;
• Gamberi, 5;
• Scorza di limone;
• Erbe aromatiche.

Hélas un Paris un peu trop idéalisé. Sans poubelles dans les rues , sans racailles et sans femmes voilées qui font ressembler Paris à Islamabad . C est bien réalisé mais un peu trop lisse

I used to think that alleys in Moscow and towns in Moscow region are full of trash.
But then I saw this video...
My god why is there so much garbage?
UPD: Watched your previous videos, it was much cleaner back then, tho still there were a few occurences of full dumpsters just standing in the middle of the streets. I heard those garbage strikes are common in France?

Wow. Excellent video under the garbage strike mess. Those piles of garbage 🗑 gave me a sick feeling just seeing them thru you tube. I sure would not want to visit Paris now. Hope they get the strike over fast. Tourists may stay away,equals less $$. Such a beautiful city under all that mess.
