Ответитьim gonna post my update here daily aswell and hope some of yall can find it useful
i do this 1-2 times daily
day 1-3 : was quite the same and i didnt really notice a difference
day 4 : the exercises are getting easier and im noticing a small improvement on my posture aswell
day 5-6 : the second exercise is very easy compared to day 1
day 7-9 : i can definetly see the improvement clearly now its much better compared to before i started this

This isn't correct, humans have a slight natural bend in their spine, so a slight bend in the middle back area is natural and it helps your shoulder blades to move freely.
