Why do they always say that they were very loving when you know good well they were hell on wheels? No did they talk back it didn't even go to School . Does he look loving and kind?

Parents, STOP letting your kids go out alone, especially at 2 in the morning, nothing good will come from it.
School and home is how you have to do it. When they’re adults, they can do whatever.

What a waste of life

Families are quick to announce how good their child was, all the good characteristics, but fail to mention what the child was into in the streets that could have possibly led to the early demise. Parents need to take accountability and be parents in parent roles....not friend roles! When my boys were 15 yrs old, you betta believe they were home in bed for school the next day! On wkends, holidays, summers, breaks, etc..
they were at home wayyyy before 2am. More like 9 pm. Something wrong with this situation! I fault the parents for this stuff!

The authorities & Mayors, really need to go back ..waaayyy back in the day, when an announcement was made on your Tv. With these simple words.
DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR CHILDREN ARE? My mother would always answer, yes..mine are right here, all three of us. We would say mom why you answering the Tv.and we would laugh.. But seriously pay attention to where your children are at all times, or you could be like his mother, planing for his funeral. I don't this mother, & I'm not saying you didn't where he was. What was he doing outside at 02:00 AM. Mom, your child should be in his bed. I am SORRY. I may sound HARSH but the HARSH TRUTH is we are allowing CHILDREN to run our homes and our lives. Then… when tragedy strikes we elevate them to being good kids what was he doing outside at that hour of the morning that’s when your sleep is at its best. I hope those responsible for his death are caught, tried, and sentenced for the max. I hope parents leant from this and start taking responsibility for their children.

Out at 2:00 a.m. 15 years old should have been in the house way before then.. once you learn the streets you will stay out of the streets.. this is sad too many young people going
