CUSTOM Cabinets Vs. Semi-Custom Cabinets - What's the difference?

Reality is 99.9% of people can't tell the difference. All they want is soft-close. If it's crappy stapled drawers with cheap boxes, most don't care so long as it 'looks' good. Seen so many multi-million homes with garbage cabinets that I don't even get disgusted any more. That said, it screams 'cutting corners' and you wonder about all the other choices the builder/owner made.
