Valve Deleted VAC? New ALT TAB BANS Explained

Alt+Tabs have been a problem in Source 2 for a mighty long time. It can literally softlock a Source 2 game if done too many times in a short timespan. But it only happens when in fullscreen.

So just don't use fullscreen?

Fullscreen in Source 2 gives you a huge fps boost, one so big that you cannot overlook. We're talking 20 at times.

First of all, warestore stopped selling aimware cheat accounts a while ago. Aimware does not have anything to do with the program he had in background. That program is used to login in a steam account by it's eya cache (the tool extracts data from the eya cache and builds the steam account config files which are located in steam/config/ and in localappdata/steam). That player clearely wasn't cheating. He was just trying the alt tab ban glitch. I hope you, Water, see this comment.

What VAC? There is no anti cheat in CS2.

I sometimes alt tab if I need to confirm to send a trade or accept a trade coming in.

Honestly, Valve should just give Gaben's account invincibility in every Valve game.
Give him a Ban hammer, so he can manually noclip to cheaters, hit them with ban hammer and call it a day.

I used to get VAC bans and I still don't know why, but I reinstalled windows and now this don't happen

Do not buy accounts from Warestore they will get banned after the warranty expires (the seller is in connection with one of the admins at AW)

Bro i got false banned yesterday what do i do? i already emailed gaben and steam but they dont response and i also spent 840 pesos just for prime and 1 key cost 140 in my country I opened 2 or 3 cases so its hella expensive and they banned for cheating like wtf?

ur explanation makes no sense, if you would know anything about what ur talking about, the reason why the players get banned, is because your game lowers down your fps quickly and while shooting u send too many inputs to the game resulting in a RAPID FIRE bug that vac takes as an exploit

Don't let this distract you from the fact that having a simple hardware monitor running is enough to "block the VAC system"

plenty of people used to use steam account switchers. that said, steam literally has a way to do this by default now.

It's not even relevant anymore if they "deleted" VAC or not. It hasn't even worked before. People that get benefits in the game with that armory pass or whatever get trade-banned a year (rightfully, definitely), but cheaters raging, spinning for months don't even get a timeout. This game used to be fun, but still after release it's full with bugs like not being able to tab in, teleporting back and forth (with 10ms, everything else runs fine), shots connecting after an hour.

Although they can obviously give updates for the gambling addicts.

VAC is weird. I can't even use custom controllers anymore without VAC throwing a fit.
(No CS2 with Steering wheel or Flight Stick.)
It does make my wii mote games hard.
EDIT: This is for custom mapping of controls. Ones that require custom network adapter emulation for some, then reprogramming the remote controls to "hijack" the mouse/keyboard.

i dont recommend alt tab because false vac ban stuff its because the shit crash and slow you pc for no reason why is cs2 the only game doing me this bullshitery

I have a question. I noticed that non-Valve developed games that have VAC on them aren't showing that they're VAC protected. Did Valve remove the Anti-Cheat from these games?

I got falsely VAC cool down for 1 day because I have a bind that uses xbox commands that allows me to instantly look behind me.
understandable the game thought I was cheating, because really, it's pretty powerful haha
