Eto ung movie na gusto kong panuorin last december kaso ala ako sa pilipinas. Napaka memorable nito sakin kasi imbis na ako ksama ng gf ko ibang lalake na. Kaya ngayun ko lang to napanuod at talagang umiyak ako sa kwarto while watching this. Perfect din ung song sa movie 10/10

Isa lang naman punutdulo dyan yan yung marites na nagkuha ng video at senend sa asawa na wla man lang sanang meron doon. Kay dapat sa mga marites pinagbbril eh

This is the filipino version of If Only by Jennifer love Hewitt. I still prefer ung original version since mas profound grief and love unlike this movie.

A "boon" is given by God in return to the "penance" done by a person. The "boons" may do either good or bad to the individual or to the society, *BLESSINGS OR TRIALS FOR THE MEANTIME!!!* It all depends on the boon wished by the individual. The God giving the boon does have the liberty to grant the wish or modify it or give you more trials.

"Rewind" movie is now the highest grossing local film of *ALL TIME = PHP 1.2 BILLION TOTAL GROSS WORLDWIDE!!!* I agree that the main reason is because of the "DongYan" (Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera"). Secondly, it is because of "ABS-CBN Star Cinema" who has the history of producing highest grossing local films. Thirdly, *GOD SPEAKS THROUGH THIS MOVIE, "REWIND". GOD USED THIS MOVIE AS AN INSTRUMENT "TO CONVEY HIS MESSAGE" TO PEOPLE!!!* And the fourth, it is a "Heroes' Journey". The Hero’s Journey at its core, describes a hero going out into the world and then returning with some kind of prize or boon. This formula of going and returning (or there and back again) is universal in storytelling. The world is saturated with stories that follow this model, from ancient myth to modern Hollywood. But Its rise to fame over the past couple of decades has made many writers to use it.

The Hero’s Journey is less a rulebook and more a series of universal tropes. If you are writing in a specific genre, there are established tropes that you can use or subvert. Using tropes isn’t a bad thing. Audiences actually expect them if you are writing genres that heavily rely on them such as Romance. If you try to write in a genre without knowing its tropes, you may end up writing something that the genre’s audience rejects. The Hero’s Journey embodies the tropes that are beyond genre. These are patterns that are fundamental to almost any story.

*Using story tropes can be important for getting audiences on your side. This is because audiences don’t want something completely new. They want something familiar, but with a twist. Using some of the fundamental patterns described in the hero’s journey can keep your audience grounded, and give you the leeway to take them somewhere new. If you come out of the gate breaking every established trope, it will turn people off. Using the Hero’s Journey can be a great tool to get audiences on your side!!!*

*As with any art form, breaking the status quo is perfectly fine, but you need to know the rules before you break them. Great musicians aren’t ignorant of music theory. They take that structure, learn the rules, and know when to break them artfully!!!*

Overrated yung movie.maganda sya npakasimple lang pero di sya para maging pang top grossing movie nadala siguro dahil marian and dingdong.siguro kung di sikat ang gumanap dito,ewan ko kung maging no1 to.

I was really looking forward to watching this movie because people said it was good, unfortunately if you have watched A LOT of movies the PLOT is a CLICHE. PREDICTABLE. I was disappointed, but still finished the movie. Acting was ok, they did their part well.

I never fully enjoy any Filipino movies so I've only watched American movies. All of them are predictable, corny comedies and same old same old overly dramatic. But this movie, I never expected to like it but I loved it!
