OCTOBER DEBT UPDATE || OVER 50K PAID IN 2024!

With a glance at the spread sheet, October was as good as a magic month with Fed loan 5 going to $1400+, the Highlander coming down a digit in the 1000's, and the SoFi loan also coming down a digit in the 1000's, and visible movememt in the total debt.

To meet your 2024 $10k balance reduction on the Highlander, you need @$2100 against the Highlander balance in Nov and Dec each. Im thinking that is possible and anything additional is simply gravy with extra time chopped off the zero debt journey.

I have never seen someone so organized, committed and successful in paying off their debt. You should take on clients who want to find their way out of debt! Congrats!

You have had bigger wins each and every month since the July-Aug time frame. Nov is slated to be the payoff of Fed loan 5. In Dec you'll have total debt below the $90k range and in the $80k range; maybe sooner. Starting Jan '25, you can honestly watch the total debt number start to go down as opposed to that light at the end of the tunnel $100k benchmark.

So good to see that the compound interest is becoming a less fierce opponent for your family! Now more and more of your payments are going to the principals of your debts. 🎉
