I can relate to her zipper misfortune. A few years back I had to don layers and layers of clothes to shove snow during an extremely cold spell in upstate NY. I wore this very long down coat that went way below my knees that was probably better suited for the arctic. When I was finished shoveling, I went back in the house and discovered I was unable to unzip the coat, that was zipped all the way up under my chin. I was getting incredibly hot inside my house in it. My son wasn't due to come home from school for hours. I was contemplating calling the emergency squad when, lucky for me, along came the mailman. He managed to jimmy the zipper free, which had gotten some fabric jammed in it. It would have been embarrassing to have our entire emergency squad show up to free me from my coat. The entire town would have know about it within minutes.
