ОтветитьDear yad you are confusing roman influence with carthage heritage in fact the bardo museum we have the largest collection of mosaic worldwide from carthage era as well as the roman era and also I am afraid you ´re mistaken moorish influence with tunisian heritage
ОтветитьLovely video, thank you a million for showing the touristic places of Tunisia, Sidi bou is one of the most beautiful cities in there, and the red sauce is harissa, there is the traditional way of making harissa and there is the commercial harissa sold in cans both are delicious

Ответить🇹🇳🇹🇳🇹🇳🇹🇳🇩🇰
ОтветитьI would like to correct a detail concerning your title, it is not the Western media which does not show you Sidi bou Saïd, it is the Anglo-Saxon media.
European Latin countries (France, Portugal, Spain, Italy and Switzerland, including Belgium) know the site very well. Only Anglo-Saxons are deserting the region because it is French-speaking. and this is also the case for many other little corners of the world which are only known to French speakers.
There are typically Italian corners in Tunisia that you have not visited, like Mahdia.
far from usual tourist circuits, some villages and even towns (like Zaghouan) have remained Berber, even matriarchal in organization (Muslims are patriarchal).
Very Beautiful video as usual with the beauty of the place & your spontaneity and tranquility, Aya seems happy to visit Tunisia ❤🤍
ОтветитьThe Donuts its called bambalouni

That magic sauce is called harissa
ОтветитьVery chill content guys and little Aya cuteness is the cherry on top .I recommend to visit Carthage is very close to sidi bousid its a must see famous places are the baths of Antonios and the punic port , the punic graveyard is a tourist trap you can skip that , you can drive along the road of the presidential palace you can’t see much of it but the area around especially close to the amphitheater is amazing . Bizerte is one hour away from downtown Tunis you can easily go for the day you want regret it .

It’s both a pleasure and a source of immense pride to see foreigners visiting Tunisia and discovering its true beauty.
Tunisia has so much more to offer than one might expect. Its cities are remarkably diverse, each with its own unique charm and character, making it a joy to explore the varying landscapes and cultures within a single country.
If you’re a history enthusiast and still in Tunis, I highly recommend taking the time to visit the historical sites of Carthage. Strolling through the ancient ruins, some of which date back to 300 BC, is truly a captivating experience.
The origins of Sidi Bou Said date back to the time of the Phoenicians who founded the city of Carthage. Mount Sidi Bou Said was then called "Jabal al-Manar" or "Jabal al-Marsa", and this mountain was used to monitor and fortify Carthage. It was officially named "Sidi Bou Said" when a municipality was established in this place in 1893.
The Tunisian town of Sidi Bou Said is the third most beautiful town in the world according to "Time Out" magazine and its website specializing in international statistics, and it was the only Arab and African town included in this important classification. The German town of Rothenburg came in first place, while the Indonesian town of Wai Rebo, located on the island of Flores, came in second place.
We note that "the Greek Santorini wanted decades ago in 1967 to imitate Sidi Bou Said by painting its buildings white and its doors and windows blue, and the Greek authorities asked their Tunisian counterparts for permission to do so and were granted permission. However, some people in the region imitate Sidi Bou Said without permission in order to rob its tourists, visitors and lovers, but the imitation came distorted and did not live up to the magic of Sidi Bou Said and its global influence. Among the most prominent writers, poets and historians who immortalized the memory of Sidi Bou Said are George Duhamel, Andre Gide, Charles Lallement, Mounier, Jacques Raffault, Max Paul Fouchet and others. Sidi Bou Said was visited by leaders, chiefs, presidents and kings from various countries of the world who heard about it and its widespread fame and insisted on visiting Tunisia to see it to enjoy its beauty, charm and pure air. The late King of Pop Michael Jackson visited Sidi Bou Said on the occasion of his historic concert in Tunisia in 1997, and was amazed by it
I loooove my Tunisia ❤️❤️❤️ summer too in kelibia or coco beach Bizerte it would be Amazing 🎉❤❤
