I am currently with a different school, I am not inspired by my instructor. I have paid for it so I’m locked in… 🤷‍♀️
I’m thinking about paying for a different school/classes hoping to get someone as dynamic as you!!

I am a real estate beginner I have multiple properties I bought all cash plus land in my native country Dominican Republic. I have 2 successful restaurant in NYC. I see myself doing real estate in the USA but I am not a person who is willing to work for nobody. I am the kind of person that is very ambitious my partner in life is my wife and my two kids and we really think beyond. For example instead of my kids going to college to become a doctor to work for a hospital my kids rather buy a piece of land put a hospital and have doctors work for them. What advice can you give me or better yet can you point me into the right direction on buying and selling homes without being submissive to others

Checking on Real Estate Express (hear a lot of good reviews) but they don't offer any video. This guy is GREAT if I had video lessons with him the info would definitely sink in. To bad I'm not in the area to take any of his classes.

It's unfortunate these videos cannot be purchased on their own. I just tried and it's only allowed as an "add-on" to the packages of classes. I didn't discover this until after already starting classes with another program. I would buy these videos if CA Realty Training would make that an option.

Here's my situation: I'm already too busy with my life and I'm trying to make a transition. I paid for another real estate course and I literally do not have time to sit and read. Can I get this all on audio or video? I commute 2 hours a day anyway. This guy is extremely entertaining and the content is easy absorb. I couldn't be happier to find this! I'll happily pay for more if necessary.
