CORVETTE TODAY #172 - The R8C Museum Delivery Experience

That was the best “Corvette Today” podcast I ever heard. Still WWWAAAYYYYYY too much advertising in the beginning, middle, and end of the podcast, but that is what the fast forward button is for. This podcast answered many of my museum delivery questions. Thank you very much.

I guess I should have toned down my exuberance a little when I told Shane what a great deal R8C was. Not sure I could say that today with a 50% increase in the cost. 😢

Very good summary of the R8C experience. One thing that's not mentioned a lot and is not part of the R8C option is the photo album you can order. It contains photographs of your car as it's being built down the assembly line. It has to be ordered at least two weeks ahead of the build date and last year (2023) the price was $700.

Another part of the RHC experience is the Glazer experience. It is for kids or grandkids to go through everything with you. They do count as part of the three extras however. I took my two 16-year-old grandsons and they loved it. They also got a plaque like mine.

I was walking my dog when I was listening to this and I may have missed it, but also a guided tour of the museum is part of R8C.

All in all, a very good show.

My Z06 was my third R8C car back in April. Can't recommend R8C enough but I live close too.

Auto Armor is fantastic, I had full ppf, full ceramic, scrape armor radiator guards, and window tint all done right after i picked up the Z06, I drove it 1 mile the day of delivery but drove it home after it was protected. Now 1800 miles. I highly recommend Auto Armor!

Does anyone know if we can have museum delivery and then have car shipped to dealership of purchase to take car?

With no airports around and closest in Nashville ( hr away ), how does one get from airport to Museum area where local hotels are?
