They'll be back together eventually. Though I want it to be a slow-development for MJ and Ned to remember who Peter is without him telling them. This way Peter understands he has to keep identity a secret and having them remember on they're own will be more impactfull as the movies continue in the College Trilogy.

I especially would love it if Pete gets the Black Suit in the 2nd movie after we see how he does in the 1st so we can enter the second movie with him having the suit form the 1st to 2nd act or even the whole movie so we can see his life fall apart and those closest to him get hurt as a result of the Symbiote's influence.

Maybe I'm a sucker for a love story, so it could just be me, but I found it irritating that Ned was around way too much in No Way Home when Peter and MJ should have been alone during the sad moments. After May died when they were on the rooftop and at the end when Peter was saying good bye.

In the actual script of nwh it says at the end for MJ that she feels a sense of recognition
