I knew I'll stay when you drop The Godspeed you! Black Emperor reference in just few seconds into the video. Much love!
Ответитьehhh I think people take too much kerkbright has written out of cannan as cannon
ОтветитьDude called them sigicks.
ОтветитьPost rock album reference in the beginning?
ОтветитьDwemer would not look like dunmer shoulda used an altmer to represent them
ОтветитьMother fucker did you just shit post the missile knows where it is in the tonal architecture segment?
ОтветитьIf you play ESO you already know for certain that the Dwemer were mucking about with time manipulation, there's a couple quests involving it.
ОтветитьFuture civilizations will have no idea this idiot watched a 3 hour video on fictitious elves
ОтветитьDude needs to narrate 40k novels. Would listen.
ОтветитьFirst video I think I’ve seen from you and it earned a follow good job dude
ОтветитьWhat if the Numidium has its own plane of existence within itself? Lorkhan's heart is capable of binding the world; what if its a world within world situation.
ОтветитьI have a theory that all the elves are related to the same ancestors their tribes are just split up based on the gods they worshipped. All of the worshipers of Trinimac became Chimer and Orsimer. The Dunmer are the descendents of the Chimer this is a fact. But I also believe the Dwemer might have been followers of Trinimac at one point and their mutation is what drove them to create their great technological society. The Dwemer are clearly in their own way cursed elves. If you think about things this way it may not be a coincidence what became of the Falmer, Auriel and the other Gods abandoned Trinimac to be defeated by Mephala and Boethiah who then consumed and cursed him and crapped him out literally. The deadra act through all the races of tamriel hell this whole story is about the gods betraying each other to create mundus. The gods that created mundus died and became immortal dead gods worshipped as the divines, the others of their kind that lived became Daedra, The Humans of Atmora are the children of Lorkhan and the greatest conflict in all the lore is the war the gods fought using their elf and human pawns against each other. The Daedra still want the elves to rule tamriel and beat the humans, the elves worship the Daedra that killed the creator of humanity. Trinimac/Malacath is a god of war and order, and other gods like Meridia are sympathetic to humanity, and Malacath has a respect for warrior cultures like the nords. A lot of fans don't see a bigger picture that is a long divide between the gods and mortals being their chess pieces. I am almost certain the Dwemer had to follow Trinimac at one point it would explain so much. The dwemer were jaded with the gods and cast them out and they cursed the followers of the daedra that cursed them and their cardinal god, eye for an eye also Malacath would mock the Falmer for coming to his followers when they were defeated by the Nords which would gain his subtle admiration.
ОтветитьNice GY!BE reference, I'm subbing
ОтветитьThe dwemer vanished for the same reason the Tribunal became gods and Dagoth a devil, it's a matter of outlook.
The dwarves as a whole, connected via telepathy, were all exposed to the secrets of the Heart at the same time. Their guiding philosophy is logic and reason, so when seeing the shape of reality as a dream, they do the logical, reasonable thing: They woke up. No longer in the dream, no longer dreaming and no longer being dreamed of, they vanish. It would take no active effort on Kagrenac's part to spread this meme, an idea sourced from the very heart of the world.
Just as the tribunal, driven by Ego and pride, assumed they must be the dreamer, and became lucid. For this same reason, Dagoth turned to nightmares on realizing the truth, for it was not by his own free will he learned, it was by the Tribunal's meddling. Numidium did not walk at Red Mountain, the dragon did not break, but the heart pulsed in a strange rhythm and the dragon bent to its will. first, Dagoth and Nerevar fought with Dumac and Kagrenac. Kagrenac uses the tools, and the Dwemer awake from their dream. Left alone with the tools, Dagoth guards them until the Tribunal returns without Nerevar. The Tribunal kill Dagoth and use the tools, and become gods. The Dragon bends, and Vivec pushes this as far as he can, flexing his new power of godhood. The warp in the west shows us that once a god - always a god, as both the Revenant and Talos have now always been. Therefore, Vivec saw fit to edit his origins and his life, to make clear his inevitable, eternal godhood.
The life of Vivec (the mer) is very much not the life of Vivec (the god). This was necessary to make the Dunmer's faith in the Tribunal absolute, to have their godly actions ring across time. The Numidium did not walk at the Battle of Red Mountain, the Dragon did not break. The Heart beat in doubletime, the Dragon bent. The Red Moment happened twice. The secret song of Wulfharth tells us of the first time in epic poetry, which is why it deviates the most from established events. The 36 lessons of vivec are our best source for the second time Red Mountain happened. This is the truth of the Tribunals betrayal, it was not just Nerevar. They betrayed Akatosh, by rewriting history to erase their greatest mistake. They betrayed Azura, by usurping her role as the primary deity of the Dunmer. They betrayed Boethia by undoing their killing of Dagoth, and forcing the act onto Nerevar. They betrayed Maphala by admitting to their treachery in these acts.
Mega-K still gives me nightmares and I haven't played this game for years lol
ОтветитьToenail architecture
Ответитьcant wait to fall asleep watching this
ОтветитьI absolutely adore this content bro, but i think you would make a killing doing ES Lore shorts for yt. Your voice is super captivating and can make a person tap in
ОтветитьThank you drew. The quality is immaculate. I can’t express how happy this makes me. ❤
ОтветитьSeeing as it was archieved through tonal magic, it makes sense to me that CHIM would be pronounced like chime, as in a "bell chime"
ОтветитьI couldve sworn there was something about being unable to "force" someone to read an elder scroll. Like if someone was unwilling to read a scroll, they dont see anything when shown the scroll
ОтветитьOkay love this. But did anyone else who mains dunmer get offended that he said "drab grey"? Glorious grey. Deep grey!😅🤨
ОтветитьM'aiq can explain the Dwemer disappearance: ""There is no mystery. M'aiq knows all. The dwarves were here, and now they are not!"
ОтветитьTop tier video.
ОтветитьI wanted to say Drew, when I click that video and I hear the elder scrolls music... even if just for a moment, I really feel like everything is okay. I just wanted to express gratitude for the wonderful moments of calm you have brought to my chaotic life. Thank you
ОтветитьYou very casually linked the Nords, dunmer, and dwemer to the orsimer.
I've never heard of malacath being a nickname for the dwemer king.
It makes me wonder if the dwemer and orsimer are far more linked than we think.
i followed an almost opposite path as you drew, i loved the mindless aggregate of trillions of elements birthing something more... someone. But even if i don't believe in magic i've become absolutely fascinated with Gnostic, Jungian, Hermetic, Alchemic & anything metaphysical
ОтветитьIt’s not my favorite theory, but what if becoming a god in the Elder Scrolls is bound by Fullmetal Alchemist rules? In order to enchant an object you have to consume souls through a soul stone, so what if becoming a god works on the same principle only expanded to genocidal proportions? What if the intent was to create a mechanical god with the souls of the Falmer but instead used the souls of the Dwemer? Then in response the Tribunal absorbs the power of the Numidian to appear to be gods, only losing that power when the focus stone disappears after the events of Morrowind?
ОтветитьMan, that morrowind music gets me every time ❤
Ответить"This is not necessarily factual" no... that it is not
ОтветитьChimer werent gold skinned, Elder scrolls online has a quest in stonefalls where you travel back in time and meet them
ОтветитьWhat Dwemer retexture mod are you using? It looks really nice.
ОтветитьJust listening to the first 20 minutes has me thinking what the company's original plan was
ОтветитьPerfection
ОтветитьHalf a mil! Let’s go 💪💪💪
ОтветитьAldmeris gro-Crun has much to say about....The Dwemer as there is no slave nor master nor could there be. He & his Band of Rogues.
Gladius Caius Cosades &...

ОтветитьTin foil theory?
It is cannonic that the Dwemer were experimenting with the possibility of moving themself from the space time continuum as we know it.
Edit: I honestly feel the exact opposite about science's impact on omnipotence (God).
The statistical anomalies, radical evolutions, weird coincidences in old artistic renditions to modern scientific theory, the sum of our existence feels more like there has to be a all knowing chemist out there who formulated it all.

ОтветитьBethesda should watch these. Might inspire them.
ОтветитьI've been getting into 40k for a while now and now I genuinely think Necrontyr were the Dwemer from the Elder Scrolls after they fucked up with the heart, lost everything of themselves and started over but Azura being a spiteful bitch led the Nighbringer to their new planet's sun and gave the dwemer/necrontyr eternal cancer. Those who know both seties knows what I'm talking about 😂😂
Drew this is incredible!! ❤❤❤
I am a certified science-hippy, and I work in hard science (geochemist who works mostly in environmental/climate impacts of large volcanic eruptions and associated degassing... volcano farts!). I'd argue that every chemical interaction is very predictable, once you know the rules, that's why I love it. Under X temperature, and Y pressure, this combination will do Z... and then, once you konw what Z is, you can plug it back in and predict X or Y. We use this to determine depth of the magma chambers. If we know eruption temperature (which we may have calculated as well, based on other metrics), composition, and we know roughly how much pressure increases with depth... now we know how deep the chamber was, even if the eruption happened 545 million years ago.
I was honestly shocked by how straighforward the calculations tend to be.

ОтветитьMy personal theory is that the dwarves became their machines. I believe that the god of creation in the elder scrolls cursed the entire race when they had tried to make their machine god, by making them into their own machines. Unfortunately NM was also created through this process as an unforeseen side effect because the gods in TES are not infallible.
ОтветитьThis video was 🔥🔥 cheers bro
ОтветитьTerrific video, keep doing what you're doing
