Every thinking being will experience a joyous life only to the degree of what he/she identifies with. If one identifies with self, or the small I, then there are limits and obstacles that are indicative that there is unreality and illusion . If one identifies with the ONE then there is a connection to ultimate, absolute reality which is what being IS. Here awakening begins. Be still and know I AM God.
Ответитьwhy does separation seems to be real?
ОтветитьI'm sorry I don't accept this line of thinking that we ARE universal consciousness- we are certainly connected to universal consciousness, and can tap into it during high states of meditation, but this is a long process of spiritual evolution which we must pass through- perhaps I'm not understanding what he is saying.
Ответить@humaniterrian I suggest you click the "Who are we?" video response above and read the notes on it. I think it will help you with your question. With that video, rather than the "stroke of insight" theme with which it is labelled, I think her own title was "Who are we?", the significance of which got lost in the buzz. At the end she posits the question "Who are we?", and answers "I am the life force power of the universe"
Ответить@humaniterrian In my opinion another representation may be "I Am, the life force power of the universe", using "I Am" more as a proper name, rather than as a statement of awareness of self-existence. "Who are we?" is a question directed at a plural, but "I am" is answering in the singular.
Ответить@humaniterrian If we assume that knows what she's speaking about and is fully aware of the implication of her choice of words, the logical conclusion, however farfetched it may be is that single person/individual/consciousness saying "I am the life force power of the universe" must be "Who we are" PS. This is the 3rd part of the response. I hope it is read and understood in that order
ОтветитьThe teachings or implications that we have no personal spiritual Self are not correct, they stem from a misunderstanding of the true nature of the Self, from an ancient time when we had not developed the personal Selfhood. This does not mean that we are not connected at some level to the Whole, but merely that We are not that Whole. Holding these thoughts is dangerous for proper Soul evolution, especially if we die holding the thought that we have no individual Soul.
ОтветитьThat is not only do we have different minds as the title suggests(mental bodies), but we EACH have our own Atmic, Budhic and Casual (Higher Mental) bodies as well as Astral, Etheric and Physical Bodies ( the 7 fold structure of man).
ОтветитьOMG
ОтветитьBecause you have made it so!
ОтветитьI just love hearing the stillness in you.
ОтветитьIt is not that we as a mind and body are the universal consciousness, but that we are wrongly identified with the mind and body. That which we truly are is prior to the mind and body, we are that which is aware of mind, body, the world, sensations etc.
ОтветитьI like what Einstein said about this: That we and everything perceivable is "formless matter". You could also call it "condensed emptiness"(signifying that all is emptiness/awareness but only APPEARS to be real).
ОтветитьGreat! That's it!
ОтветитьThe sense of individuality is an illusion. You are a dream of the universal consciousness. You are the universal consciousness in the illusion that is an individual, dreaming that it is an individual. This video might help - watch?v=S53mwl13u24. watch?v=SarcX-gLRzM. Understand that she is not describing herself as an instance of the life force power of the universe, but it is rather the life force power of the universe speaking as its own self, in the first person, to its own self, which is you
Ответитьyes it depends on what standpoint you take. both are correct, infact all we know is our own experience and insight. you can develope your understanding to reach new standpoints and then you will see for yourself. it is even possible to go beyond and reach that universal eternal consciousness - by realizing that you never left.
ОтветитьThanks for this.
ОтветитьEverything in this universe and in millons of other universes is just quantum energy which produces matter according to Einstein´s ecuation and also according to the latests discoveries of quantum physics. Prof. Stephen Hawking explains all this in his latest book THE GRAND DESIGN.
ОтветитьI think he is saying Consciousness is a seamless garment... but upon it we create designs that are rather images and forms that are not true Reality. Consciousness never fades or changes but what we imprint upon it, whether by design or unwittingly ultimately disappears. Only Truth survives in the Absolute I that we actually are. To really understand we must meditate in stillness and in silence, this is key in any discovery.
ОтветитьFor one thing, we've been conditioned to take it as real. Treating people as seperate is advantageous to a collective as it allows ALL the blame for something to rest upon ONE entity rather than the gestalt. For another thing, our senses tell us that we are HERE and the moon is THERE — physically separate. This MIGHT lead us to believe we're metaphysically separate, subject to different rules. In a similar way, we might conclude that "I am special" — in some way different from EVERYBODY else.
Ответитьwhere is the experiential evidence that in this universe at this moment something else than percieving these words through thought and senses exists?
ОтветитьGreat
ОтветитьI did not understand the concept of one consciousness until I had an out of body experience and this left me without a body but I became the entire conscious universe - I was every living atom and only now do I know what one consciousness means
Ответитьmany consciousnessess, many minds.
ОтветитьGracias
ОтветитьIch kann nur: Danke schön Francis, sagen
Ответитьthe arrogance of native english speakers! why is difficult to understand the word 'many-ness' as 'multiplicity'? In tribute to Francis' creative use of the word, I am going to start using this form, too
ОтветитьFrancis' logic is deadly, as is his way of putting it across. The way he brings the discussion back on track, just before the 'I retrack that', here
Ответить'so you are saying there is one observer, server looking out of many windows' . For the moment we are not making any claims about there being only one observer, we are asking how does the many-ness of the views imply the many-ness of the viewers, assessing what is presented as automatic evidence of the presence of many observers. That, is deadly
ОтветитьAmazing... thank you....
ОтветитьWrong. It is you who claim that consciousness is non-local and is universal so the burden of proof is on you, Mr. Lucille. You provide the evidence. Nice clever move. I have no problem with consciousness being local. So what if it is.
And as far as the science of neurology is concerned there is no observer, no perceiver. Somebody is confused here and it is you, Mr. Lucille.
It is the other way around: One mind, and simultaneous different collective consciousness...
ОтветитьOh no no no. Book regurgitation. I'll go back to Mooji etc. I get no feeling of awakened from this man, only book learned stuff they Buddhists have taught for years. I wonder why the Europeans to get hold of spiritual teachings take the authenticity out of it. No warmth, just cold repeating. Eckhart feels real. Mooji feels real. Not feeling this at all.
ОтветитьFrancis love you man.🌹💙
ОтветитьThis is ridiculous. Who buys into this nonsense anyway?
ОтветитьI think the difficulty for me here is the use of the term "consciousness" for the universal substratum. I agree that the universe produces the thoughts and feelings, perceptions, etc but I don't agree that the universe is choosing those thoughts and feelings or perceiving them any more than the individual self is (which it clearly isnt). It seems there is just thinking, feeling, and perceiving, but no thinker, feeler, or perceiver. Advaita Vedanta often sounds like Yogacara Buddhism as opposed to Madyamika.
ОтветитьIs difficult to be more clear! Thanks Francis.
ОтветитьThank you. I wasn't able to find this video on his main channel.
