I actually just sat down and did the math. If Michael worked there 5 days a week, 8 hours a day without ever being sick or taking a vacation or even a personal day off, he would've had to work for Dunder Mifflin for a little over 80 years to get to that ridiculously high amount of minutes. Alternativly, he could've worked there 24/7, 365 days a year for a little under 19 years to get to the same amount.
