You are a great teacher. Simple and professional!
Ответитьthank You for your tutorial. geography and traits of final cut pro, presented well!
ОтветитьWonderful video, I was checking all the other beginner videos but this one by far was the best and easiest to understand, thanks!
ОтветитьThanks for this video!
ОтветитьThank you so much for such an informative and easy to follow tutorial. I've been interested in switching to FCP, but I was a little hesitant because I'm still a beginner. Your videos give me hope and inspiration so let's do this! You've added a new, happy subscriber!
Ответитьhello Jenn Jager this is shiva
from INDIA
I want to know how to trim multiple Clips in FCP
I mean to Trim In & Out of multiple clip 1 or 2 Seconds at a time.
Nice video! Clean and easy to understand :)
ОтветитьHi Jenn, lately I have been using Final Cut Pro 10.6 version to edit videos watching yours and others tutorial videos and let me say that these videos helped me a lot. I had been using Shotcut (free video editor) previously. I have a doubt, could you provide info on this.
When I edit GoPro 8 videos recorded in 1080p60 in FCP, the available export resolutions are either 1080p/720p/...or 4K. I want to upsacle it to 2.7K/2K for YT in order to get VP9 codec which I used to do in Shotcut editor previously. But 2K export resolutions are totally missing in FCP, is there any way forward? Any Idea?
BTW I tried to change the project resolution settings to higher than 1080p but no use.
New to FCP and this is exactly what I needed! So glad I watched this before I made a video. You are easy to understand and follow. Going to check out your Rock Star course as I get more familiar with FCP. Thank you!
ОтветитьWow! Thanks, I’ve had this software for 4 months and never had an idea of what to do until now. I appreciate your help!
ОтветитьThanks for the info...
ОтветитьThank you for the great video, Jen. I am new to FCP since I've always edited on VLLO on the iPad and I've always wanted to step up my editing skills. I'm not gonna lie, FCP looks so overwhelming and my brain just hurts looking at it since I have no idea where to start editing but your video helped me understand the program more and hopefully, I'll be able to start editing my videos on FCP! 😊
ОтветитьGreat stuff. + sub
ОтветитьI like listening to you you know exactly what to do. others just babble meaning to can follow you easy
ОтветитьGood but you don't have to talk all the time. It's sometimes difficult to distinguish between an important and less important file. For example, you don't have to list all the locations you might save your work - it's called teacher talk....for example you show the icon picture and say this is what the icon looks like. Then you say "It's a purple square with four stars in the middle" - well I can see that - you don't have to tell me. Just pause and let me look at it....
ОтветитьGreat video. Thank you.
ОтветитьBy the way your videos are awesome simple easy to understand and to the point.. Thank you so much for guiding us through all these editing process..❤
ОтветитьHi I have a query.. actually in I movie when I import the pictures and videos it automatically sort itself into chronological order which helps me immensely in making videos for my clients.. But in final pro I just started but it is not showing in chronological order.. how can I do that here?I desperately need it as the clients never send me in order..
Ответитьthank you Jenn
ОтветитьYou are quite an expressive teacher! Expressions are so natural. Thanks for helping!
ОтветитьWish you would have played the video you built.
ОтветитьGREAT JOB! I've been away from FCP for over a year, and this quick start was right on. Thank you.
ОтветитьMay I know which version of FCP your course Final Cut Rock Start will cover?
ОтветитьTHX! But just because this is just a short video, you do not need to speak so fast 🙂
I own a M1 since last year and this OS gives me a timemaschine back into the 90ies: When everything on a Computer was extremely complicated and unlogical.
I work with software day-in-day-out but final cut.... I can handle Davinci with no tutorial, camptasi as well but FC is so "special". Like cearting a libary, the placement, the name.
I am trying the trial Version because I want to cut 5,8K, which isnt possible with the free version of DR. I do not see a useful resolution for me.
I dont know what these guys were thinking when they created the GUI.
NEW SUBSCRIBER!! I wish I'd seen your page before. Your teaching is so easy to follow! I've had FCP for a long time and was so frustrated with it because I didn't fully understand it. But you're clearing up a LOT of frustrations! I'm looking forward to fully learning this!
ОтветитьI am so nubie to FCP and Motion. Subscribed.!
ОтветитьThank you I am just getting back to final cut after not using for a couple of years. You have made it so easy for me to acquaint my self once again. You teaching quality far exceeds the other videos I watched.
ОтветитьFirst of all, you’re so pretty it’s a bit distracting 😊. Second, I REALLY wish they used a different naming convention. I wish a “project” was the overarching identifier, and then a library could be within the project, in which all media and assets are stored. But alas, I’m willing to learn Apple’s way.
ОтветитьGreat video. Easy to follow and understand. Thank you.
ОтветитьHello Jenn, Good day ! 😊
I am interested to purchase your FCP rockstar course 😊. Is there any discount coupon code for it ? 😀😀
Thank you !
Thank you for always posting great content that is easy to understand. Your videos are helpful in so many ways.
ОтветитьYou just saved me like 10 hours of editing this weekend!
ОтветитьExcellent get started guide Jenn. Thank you for always being clear and relevant.
ОтветитьBEING using Final Cut Pro for 20 years, great software
ОтветитьYou certainly didn’t disappoint me. A great introduction! You are always so easy to follow and in this case you really nailed the things a beginner needs to know as well as how files are organized in Final Cut Pro.
ОтветитьThank you, in advance. I’ve tried a few times to start using Final Cut Pro but always gone back to Camtasia and LumaFusion, because I’ve found it difficult to learn. Maybe you can convince me otherwise? The same goes for Motion. Both as far as I can understand are fantastic tools when you need something more than the absolute basic capabilities.
