Recipe Ingredients
Shortcrust pastry dough
- 500 gr flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 250 gr sugar
- 2 eggs ( 1 1/2 egg in dough, the rest for topping later)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 250 gr unsalted butter

Filling
- 1 kg apples (golden rennet or Jonagold)
- 1 lemon, Juice
- 100 gr Raisins
- 1 - 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 75 gr sugar
- 2 tbsp Secret filling

Secret filling ingredients (hint)
- 200 ml milk
- 50 gr sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maizena
