WOW liking the Indian and yes competition is always great for the consumer. Top video mate 👍🏻
ОтветитьIs it left hand drive?
ОтветитьI want one of course 😂😂🤪🤪
ОтветитьSYD drivers are the worst ...
ОтветитьThere is no doubt Indian make a great motorcycle but the parent company Polaris has a bad reputation when it comes to it's commitment to the motorcycle industry, re Victory Motorcycles. Indian Motorcycles Ashfield has the best motorcycle showroom in Sydney, possibly Australia. As just mentioned in this video, Polaris has decided to close down it's Indian Ashfield dealership store. MCA Auburn will be the new outlet which is an old run down showroom that caters for about 10 to 15 second hand bikes. It lacks the right atmosphere for anyone considering buying a $40,000 motorcycle. One has to wonder with Indian selling less than 900 bikes a year and this major showroom down grade is Indian aligning itself to leaving Australian shores? Time will tell.
ОтветитьI like it, love the Matt black look, perfect day to have a demo ride, too bad you only had it for 15mins 😀👍
ОтветитьAwesome motorcycle! Great review!
ОтветитьUte driver cutting in on a bike, why am I not surprised. Losers abound on the roads but eventually they do themselves in, such stupidity ultimately being its own reward. Oh yeah, nice bike. Riding one on Tuesday and I’m guessing I’m gonna like it.
ОтветитьI'm in the U.S. watching this and you riding on the opposite side of the road is scaring the hell out of me.
ОтветитьThat surge could be rear cylinder deactivation??!? Maybe
ОтветитьNice review mate! I reckon this would rip on the open road.
ОтветитьIt looks like darth vader of motor bikes
ОтветитьNice review but watching here in USA following you on the road was scary thinking your on the wrong side. Will say this nothing sounds as good as a Harley-Davidson. Indians sound like popcorn. Harley got the rumble IMO
ОтветитьIndian’s use of electronic technology, suspension and engine development gets the nod. No doubt. This is a huge part of the motorcycle equation. The Fit and finish on an Indian, not so much though. I think they could do better. When you look at a Harley Davidson the paint is amazing. The way the bags close and the materials thickness used throughout just looks and feel better. Indian’s bags and fairing surround as well as paint are thin and cheap feeling. Just my .2. But I love where this is all going. Competition is king.
ОтветитьWould u trade your harley for this ?????
ОтветитьThanks for the review. I am considering this bike or a Goldwing. Watching reviews of both and want to see 1 year reliability for the Indian. I have two older Harleys, TC88 engines, but feel abandoned by HD concerning the spring loaded cam chain tensioners. Unless I get a call from HD saying they will fix both bikes for their design flaw, I have purchased my last HD. Ride safe!
ОтветитьYeah, the numbers are great, the features are great, the handling and ride are ... great. The fit and finish and plastic stuff are ... getting better, I hope, but I can't get past that huge, bulbous, heavy, chunky fairing! Gah! So flippin' ugly. Yeah, it's me, but it stopped me in my tracks. Nope, like my Limited. Great vid man, thx!
ОтветитьThe idiot in the old ute who almost cleaned you up - Parramatta road 101 🤔🤔🤔☠️😂
ОтветитьG'day Rob. It was great to meet you in the flesh and I was actually the last person to take out the Challenger on the that day. That meant I was able to have it for about an hour and I gave it to it with the added bonus that is had just over 300klms on the bike so the tyres and brakes had been worn in a bit.
I took it out on the M4 and I am 5' 10" as well and I felt no helmet buffeting from the windscreen at all when raised and doing highway speed and more.
That surge that you had was fixed after you came back. If I remember correctly they had to re-flash the ECU. After that it ran smoothly.
I had the bike in normal mode for a bit and then switched it to sport mode. If I bought one it would never leave sport mode in the dry.
I ride a Victory Octane and for me the engine felt like the Octane's but on steroids! I love that 108 power plus.
As for the rest of the bike, I am not overly keen on the look of the fairing (and I think the Road Glides is ugly too) but absolutely love everything else about the bike. The previous September I toured in the USA for 16 days on a 107 Road Glide and the Challenger in my opinion just leaves it for dead in all areas.
How is that bike leading in tech over a 2020 Roadglide? What does it have that a Harley Road Gide doesn’t have? Electronic windscreen? 😂😂😂
ОтветитьGreat to see another fellow rider who prefers a particular brand, but also admires and respects what other brands are producing and bringing to the market.
ОтветитьCame across your show by chance. I like it good show
ОтветитьWhen there’s competition between companies for customers, the customers win.
ОтветитьAre there enough Indian dealers throughout Australia to service those bikes?
ОтветитьCool preview.
ОтветитьI've seen them hunting at low revs in other videos, must be normal.
ОтветитьGood review.
ОтветитьWhat do you think of the new Indian Challenger??
