I hear Rob hasn't been doing too well with Diablo, he has had a little hate for it. He did good with Gears although Gears 4 & 5 haven't been as good as they could of been all things considered. I do believe E-Day is the best thing TC could do right now, try bring back some passion into Gears from both the players and the devs

This will be like their "Halo Infinite" of Gears of War. Like it will look like the classic Gears of War, but will it play like it? I hope so. About Gears 5, i can appreciate what they tried to do, but this game really isnt meant for the younglings. It needs to be rated M and scary.

Unpopular opinion: I'm glad Fergusson is not working with the Coalition anymore. He did the first trilogy, but he ruined the franchise with Gears of War 4 and mainly with Gears 5. In another video RF declared that with Gears 6 he would have loved to send the Gears in space. This would have just sucked. A lot. Even if Rod Fergusson is not with the Coal. anymore, obviously this doesn't mean that E-Day will be as great as Gears of War 1,2, or 3. They can still ruin everything. I don't trust them one bit, even if they have brought back Marcus and Dom in E-Day. I'm not sold on this prequel. I really hope it will be great, but I have not great expectations from the current devs.

I hope it has the gears 1 and 2 feel, good campaign and multiplayer. Original actives just remove active downs for snipers to make it fair but it should deal more damage than normal if actived none of this gears 4 or 5 active before even shooting a bullet

With the game awards around the corner I hope they announce a gears remaster collection just like what they did in the game awards of 2019 they announced gears tactics

All they got to do it take everything gears of war 3 did. But add some maps and weapons. If the weapons and maps arnt trash then they can make a campaign.

I can agree mostly w/o Rob we probably wouldn't have had Gears but I will say he doesn't do great at the front IMO without Cliff Gears went downhill because everyone put their faith in Rob and well... We know the rest. I think as long as they take a long look at what made the original Trilogy so popular we will be fine

Getting fkn tired of Gears 4's multiplayer! All these trash players thinking theyre good because they have host connect and can down/kill someone from a mile away!

Lets hope they go back to their OG roots. Gow 1 - 3 was brilliant albeit some faults in gameplay. I loved the story and feel to gears but gow 5 left a bitter taste in my mouth. Absolutely hated the plot felt so far stretched from OG gears story. Id love for them to focus on weapon balance in multiplayer and fix the tick rate issue thats been glaringly obvious for gow 4 and 5 . Hit boxes and bullets not registering was a huge issue , its merely a luck based game now that rewards rushing and getting lucky with a 1 shot gib. Shotgun battles seem unbalanced its whoevers ping is better and shoots first , they need to punish bad players and not reward them by making fundamentals that gives them an edge based on 'luck' which has been an issue in gears for like ever. I remember gow4 ranked always getting gun changes every season, then the videos of them justifying their lazy work. They need to balance the weapons before launch . Get Pro players in and collect data, then make fine adjustments if necessary but every season weapon changes sucked. Sniper needs back to its original reticle the newer reticle sucks, shotgun bullet spread needs work to. All these issues can be fixed if they just take the time and effort to fix them! I dont want remastered maps either. I have trust they will smash the campaign it would be hard not to due to the fact every gears fan has been waiting to have a game based on E Day. Fingers crossed they give us the most polished version of gears that weve seen yet !
