Really trying to implement the lower and turn, occasionally I manage it really well and feels great. However, the club face must be open at times as my miss is to the right. You explain it better than Pete Cowan, Andy as imo he makes it too complicated
ОтветитьExcellent ! Excellent video !! Thanks Andy
ОтветитьBlach Blah. Mark ball and create circles at 150 yards ,, Hit the stick. Ball after ball . People are looking for Holy grail method. You dont have it
ОтветитьPretty much exactly what Cowen says not to do. Geez
Ответитьgreat video, thanks Andy, and it definitely didn't look like you thinned the arse off that last ball :)
ОтветитьThis is exactly what I needed.. I’m gonna do this drill everyday for a month before I hit a ball next
ОтветитьOh God listening to your Micro babble is A Sufferable event !
ОтветитьAbsolutely 💯 The Best !!!
Thanks Andy !
Oh my word another 💡 moment …. I’ve never really got the weight shift and as such I’m definitely an ‘Elvis’ hip swayer … 2 out of 2 Andy!! … thanks mate
ОтветитьThis is one of the best advice I ever had thank you
ОтветитьOne of the better vids and easy to follow. Thanks and now subscribed!
ОтветитьGreat video, Andy! Thanks! Where on the left foot does the weight go initially in downswing? Left big toe? I have some much trouble sliding my hips and entire body past the ball to start my downswing and I don't get enough rotation. Thanks! Greg
ОтветитьHI Andy. What comes first. Pressure down on lead side or shoulder diwn on trail side. Is it simultaneous????
ОтветитьLike how he thins it at the end.😅
ОтветитьHi Andy, you talk with intensity and passion but can you also hit soft shots and short shots with this move? Because my body wants to hit hard easy already. And because of the intens explanation i only wnat to hit it harder. Thanks for your video's. I just became a member and like your way of swinging
ОтветитьGreat lesson. Thanks
ОтветитьNice vid👌
ОтветитьAmazing video thanks for sharing. Just one note for all the people.. knee bent is okay on short-game, where you need more accuracy and don't need to push on the ball (pressure). Actually knee bent is much better for approach shots, look at the pros!!
This lesson is gold for full iron shots.
excellent vid thnx
Ответитьthis is a great channel
ОтветитьHey Andy—first time I’ve watched one of your videos. I loved it! I’m a big Pete Cowen fan too. Great stuff my friend 👍🏻👊🏻🙏🏻
ОтветитьThank-you.The best sequence revealed!
ОтветитьJust seen this guy. I think it`s just what I need !!!!!!
ОтветитьI dont really understand it yet.. any drill step of 123 might be help to follow on thru.. coz i dont see any different in it compare to normal swing whcih is to hit the ball exactly
ОтветитьGet that right hip up your left will go down😊
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьIf you look at the Iron Byron, this machine also doesnt do transition. It just hits with pressure the ball
ОтветитьGreat swing and lesson!
ОтветитьGreat video. Pete Cowen is a genius. Glad to see other professionals elaborating on his technique. Quick question, on your stance—are both your feet symetricaly open or just the left foot that is more open than the right?
ОтветитьSuperb
ОтветитьMakes a lot of sense thanks
ОтветитьYou mentioned that you want to maintain the angle in the trail arm as the arms start to move down. At what point would you suggest that angle is let out?
ОтветитьGreat video Andy. I have watched many Pete Cowan videos. Can you help make a short video in the setup? I tend to struggle with my aim, with long irons.
ОтветитьBe on you heals or toward your heel s
ОтветитьUse you right elbow just like when you throw a ball, swing a bat or a tennis racket .Once right elbow move toward the front of you you body will instinctual move left hip back drawing the right knee in behind.which is why old golfers wear out the top part of their toes of their shoes
ОтветитьAndy, you don't talk about that right foot and buttock. I'm not pushing it forward (over the top) but it's in the way unless I consciously get some depth and hold it back. It's a lot to do and my tempo is staggered or rushed. What do you suggest?
ОтветитьYeah, but 99% start move over the top rather than down as you state. So there’s something in the swing they all have in common which causes that. And that’s the one thing none of you pros can identify. It’s easy to state, DO THIS, when clearly something causes it to not do.
ОтветитьThank you for the video. I am trying to follow your couching but are hitting behide ball
ОтветитьLooking forward to trying this, I’m just getting back into playing, already had better results from a grip change and just need to be able to get that squeeze on the ball.. Cheers Andy 👍🏻
ОтветитьI thought you explained that really well. PC lessons I’ve seen have actually confused me.
ОтветитьAt the transition it always helped for me to imagine that the lead knee and the trailing elbow (the part facing the target at address) were linked by an invisible chain or rubber-band. The downswing then commences by rotating the lead knee from 2 o'clock (right-handers) toward the target and the chain "pulling" the trailing elbow down into a proper hitting position (no casting or flipping). The imaginary chain also promotes a more unified upper/lower body action. So there's that.
ОтветитьGreat explaination on the arm throwing down tips..
ОтветитьGood video but I’m sure I’m not alone in finding a problem with this move due to not being able to hold the angle in the trail wrist and casting causing fat and heavy shots.
ОтветитьThis clicked with me. Thank you.
ОтветитьYou definitely sped up that video to appear you have a fast swing lol. What a shame to Pete Cowen
ОтветитьGreat video!! Explained very well!
