For the first team, how are you getting rid of the extra atk down turn?

Hi, I managed to set up the same team but I was missing some supports so I had to improvise. I beat him once but now I'm on the second buggy level and I'm stuck with a few turns of RCV which prevents me from healing when I'm at the boss stage. How do you get around this? On level 1 I was able to fully remove the RCV but not now.
