Mango Mousse and Mango Ice Cream | Summer Special | Recipe by Foodie Fun 2020

If you love mangoes then this easy, delicious, and quick to make mango mousse & mango ice cream recipe is for you and you will only need 3 ingredients to make the recipe.
Mango mousse & mango ice cream is a perfect after-meal dessert, also good as a snack.

Try to use well-ripened sweet mangoes for the best result.

Ingredients:
. 3-4 mangoes
. 400ml whipping cream (cold)
. ½ condensed milk (or according to your taste)

Directions:
. Cut the mangoes into cubes and make a puree out of it in a blender.
. Next, whip the cream with an electric beater for at least 15 mins, add condensed milk in it, fold it with a spatula
. Keep on adding mango puree in portions and mix it with a spatula

. Serve mango mousse chilled!
. Decorate it with cream and small chunks of mangoes

. Keep the ice cream in the freezer for 24 hours for best results.

. The same recipe is for both the desserts.
