I know a lot of these builders builders build all over the country so, would Lennar and DR Horton be considered Tier 1 in say NC, SC, or any other state? Thanks!

The title "Best and Worst Home Builders" truly misrepresents the video. I'm not sure if this was intentional, but it comes off as clickbait. You didn't designate any builders as being the best or worst, but, instead, simply placed them into tiers based on the builder type.

Homes by towne out of my price range. We loved toll brother's. Wasn't a huge fan of the community in wellen park area.
