This Fundamental X.509 PKI in Theory and OpenSSL lesson is the 4th of 4 parts demonstrating, how the 2-tier X.509 PKI constructed previously in this course can be used to incrementally add confidentiality and authenticity to initially insecure emails exchanged in a digital information system.

This last part demonstrates, how the Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) responds during the validation of a digital signature on an email in case the digital signature X.509 certificate involved was revoked.
