Darkness in the Depths of the Ocean | Miracles of Quran

Al'hamdu-lillah for being a muslim Allah hu Akbar.

Fun fact the surah is number 40 and on average human beings cannot free dive past 130 feet or 40 meters without equipment.

I’m terribly sorry but saying there is gradual darkness in deep water is not a scientific miracle. Anyone who’s seen an ocean knows it gets darker the deeper you go without any science education. Anyone with a bit of common sense knows that the ocean reflects and refracts light, enough to create darkness in the depths. We’ve known for thousands of years that water gets darker the deeper you go just by observing it from above, thus it is a simple logical extension to say that it gets to near complete darkness if there is enough depth. Any first grader can relay this simple concept. I would be ashamed to call a such a common piece of knowledge as a “scientific miracle”. I honestly don’t believe people were so mentally handicapped 1400 years ago that they wouldn’t be able to realize a basic fact like the ocean getting darker in the depths gradually.

IT'S A MIRACLE YOU SEE? Nobody who ever went to swim in a lake couldn't realize the deeper parts become darker and darker. No men could realize such mistery, only Allah!

Allah is truly a scientific genius!

Very big coincidence with the number 7 everywhere 7 colours of light. Even Heaven. Isn't there 7 layers of heaven too. There was another 7 I came across the other day but I forgot it 😰 I'm looking for the story of the sea creatures that are under the ocean that try to get out every day eating through salt (he said it's salt, maybe could be ice idk) but never can because every day the salt/ ice regenerates but one day it won't. The end of the verse also there is sign of bioluminescence creature in the deep ocean... Allah states that man cannot see his hand inside there because he didn't get light.."whom Allah gives no light, there is no light"

I don't see the Quran verse talking about light colours.
