I was riding my bike in 1981 thru Mendocino and a guy named Craig ripped me off 120$ I gave him to get me some weed. I got him in the men’s room and made him strip down and he had to run thru town naked.

How absurd as history! He never even mentions the 10,000 + year history of Indigenous people who lived here before us.

Antonio de Mendoza never set foot anywhere near Cape Mendocino. And, as I'm sure you know, Cape Mendocino is actually in Humboldt County (which Alexander von Humboldt never set foot in :-), and was given that name erroneously when California counties were being created in 1850.
