Qqq expense ratio is 20%??
ОтветитьPlease talk about XLK
Ответитьto diversify my portfolio, I'm trying to decide if I should do a growth mutual fund, an international mf, or a a REIT MF...what data points should I consider to help make the decision?
Ответитьi have shares in VTI and SCHD right now and i’m having a time deciding between VGT, SCHG, QQQM and VUG for my ‘growth’ etf to invest in. which do you recommend? or should i have a combination of two or more?
ОтветитьAll of my money is in SCHG and SCHD
ОтветитьSMH has consistently high growth with 10 yr average growth over 20% per year.
ОтветитьQQQM
ОтветитьWonderful research. Thanks so much for that. Let's see in 2033 or 2038 if I'll be a millionaire.
I'll be grateful for your teachings, Professor G.
Professor G, how can we be sure that the down rate really means a sell and not a problem???? I confess i feel afraid of investing in such companies in down.
ОтветитьHow many ETFS should I hold?
ОтветитьProf G, what do you think about XLK? Thanks 😊
ОтветитьDo you think a semiconductor etf is a too risky choice? Because at the end of the tech sector grows and QQQ too, all those tech companies will be using semiconductors and the return of those etfs are considerably higher than VGT or QQQM
ОтветитьCan you please discuss some ETFs that are Ireland / UK domiciled but trading in USD? I really need non USA domiciled options as my country doesn’t have a double tax agreement with USA..
So far I’m invested in LON:SMH, VHYD, SCHD (the only USdomiciled one I hold), and VUSD.
Please talk about when to sell or trade your current holdings in order to invest in preferred holdings. When? How? Should?
ОтветитьHi Professor! I found your channel very valuable, thank you so much for all your videos and reasearches! My question to you is Canadian market vs US market. Im in Canada and as you know $CAD is far from US$. When we buy US not only we have the conversion rate plus the ETF fees to pay. When we earn dividends its taxable. My question is I love VUG, SCHD, VYM, QQQM, VTI, VOO, SCHG, but its all in US. Should I try to find an alternative on Canadian TSX market to invest or still invest in US$ ? (The only comparable I found are VUN for VTI and VFV for VOO). Thank you for any help you can provide for all Canadian investors looking for answers🇨🇦❤
ОтветитьReason invesco launched QQQM with a lower expense ratio is because they purchased QQQ and the way it was set up the trustee and the index provider received the bulk of the fees. Invesco launched QQQM with a lower fees to get people to switch since they get to keep more of the expense fees.
ОтветитьVOO seems pretty solid for me so far.
ОтветитьQQQ vs QQQM -- another difference is the business structure of the fund itself. QQQ, being older, was structured as a "unit investment trust" which has higher costs for regulatory compliance and potentially has tax implications for distributions. QQQM is a newer structure as an open ended ETF. The difference is in how shares are created and redeemed, which is also more expensive for QQQ to manage.
ОтветитьGreat content as always.
could you suggest some alternative ETFs that are available in UK/Europe.
Can you do the same video for this time of the year???
ОтветитьCan you do a video on why you like VUG more than VOOG?
ОтветитьSCHG SCHD and JEPI
ОтветитьI absolutely love this channel man. I am in SCHG and am thinking VIOG may be a good choice too (low expense ratio, and very much different than SCHG) been watching a lot of your content. Bot like other channels and isnt stale compared to some financial talk channels
ОтветитьIs qqqm better than vug?
ОтветитьSHM
ОтветитьI use DGRO & RSPT as my core and IFRA because I think this area will grow well over the years... And is my portfolio a little bit of stability away from just growth
ОтветитьI like the ETFs that you recommnded in CAD. Being a beginner with a small portfolio, it saves me fees for USD market buys until, my portfolio grows.
ОтветитьVoo
ОтветитьProf G it seems like within growth, growth and income, accelerated growth categories you hold multiple ETF’s. I’ve been wondering what drives you to invest in multiple etfs in these categories rather than a single winner in each.
Ответитьi like vgt
Ответитьprofessor, vgt shows 890 % growth in 20 years. does that mean it's safe to assume yearly return of about 44%? last 5 years 196%. meaning about 38% per year?? then why the 10 year average shows 19% in vanguard website?
ОтветитьHello Professor G., thanks for your videos. I have planned to buy my first growth ETF. I am confused between SCHG and QQQ and QQQm, do you have any advice on that?
Ответитьthank you teacher g
My portfolio is voo 33%- spyg 11%-qqqm 11%-vgt 11%-brkb 5%-vxus 10%-fiw 3%-IBIT 5% -SCHD 11%, I am 41 years old, I would like your opinion
For growth I use:
VUG in my Roth IRA
VGT in my personal brokerage account
QQQM in my 401k
Hi prof, thank you for your video! I find it very informative 👌 I currently have the following in my portfolio, what do you think?
VOO
QQQM
SCHG
FTEC
What about VBK or VO ??
ОтветитьMy favorite etf is QQQ but I'm in Canada and one of our choices to invest into QQQ is HXQ by horizon Canadian hedge it was up 50% in 2023😂
ОтветитьI invest in magnificent 7, $100 each/month and i keep up with with S&P changes in holdings, although i can be taxed if i changed the top7 stocks i think it is still worth it. But i have my core portfolio in different broker which is composed of fxaix, schg and schd
ОтветитьIs there any benefit to buying a "younger" VOO in something like SFY since their share price is $18 compared to VOOs $470?
ОтветитьWow VUG is up 40% since this video was posted. 😢
ОтветитьSo empowering video! Big fan of your teachings, Professor G!
Any thought on this portfolio of an investor in their mid-30s': VOO - 50%, SCHG / QQQM / SOXQ - 35%, SCHD - 15%
SCHG has beaten VGT, VOO, and SCHD gaining 38% in the last year. Fees .04%. Beta 1.18. I have all of these. Wish I had more SCHG.
ОтветитьHey, what about the russel 1000 growth etf ? Is there an interest to split growth etf between a nasdaq etf like qqqm and russel 1000 growth etf ? Thanks for the good works👍🙏
Ответитьdo you think i shoould invest in spus, it has a robust performance,,,,but low liquidity ,,,i wanted to invest for retirement in next 20 years. i was worried about liquidity but will it matter if invest for next 20 years?
ОтветитьWhere is roaring kitty when we need him
Ответитьthere's real value in seeing finance related videos a year later to see how effective their advice has been. this channel consistently gives results.
ОтветитьDo you have a brother robert g who is a lawyer in arizona?
ОтветитьSCHG
ОтветитьHi professor G can u comment on Betashare NDQ 100? What are your thoughts as compared to and Snp500 ETF like Ishares IVV?
ОтветитьWhy people prefer VUG over VONG?
