ОтветитьHow is muscles making hard and strong
ОтветитьI'm from India🇮🇳 and i Like you bro
ОтветитьThank you so much. Your videos are great and always informative and fun. Can I please ask you because I hear you say before the moves tighten your body. Are you tensing or relaxing certain muscles before you do a technique and if so which ones. For instance do you tighten your core before punching. I am just curious because I am sure that this is an important consideration. Good luck with all that you do and thank you.
Ответить❤️❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥
ОтветитьMaster since many of us can't come there and practice offline, so this is my earnest request from you please upload a video where we can do only one exercise with home equipment everyday (kinda activity which we use to perform daily but we don't know how to use in kungfu) and later u tell us the application. Just like in karate kid movie plz master
ОтветитьSuper Nice Video Shifu Tnks!!!!
ОтветитьThank you and your students for all your efforts to make everyone else better
ОтветитьWow they are doing good
ОтветитьThank you for this great video! Not only will it help me improve my forms, but it's also great insight as to how I can teach and practice the forms better for fellow students.
ОтветитьSifu, excellent video. Your students did very well but there were differences in their forms and movements. Could I request you to do a video to show how you do it? I've been practicing karate for many years and I have a feeling that this last kata you've just demonstrated will be a good starting point for me to get into Chinese kungfu. (palms closed and bow)
Ответить"They're already tired" Made me laugh.
ОтветитьGood lesson shift thks

ОтветитьThank you Shifu for your wonderful courses and videos. I am unable to take part in you Wellness Course, but, I would love to contribute in some way. Do you have a TIP jar, where we can contribute?
Ответитьawesome! what the music called ? or the type of music :)

ОтветитьGreat video! We can see enthusiasm in all your students, that encourages us too 😊
ОтветитьNice! What style is this?
ОтветитьShaolin Kung Fu stances are incredibly aestetic.
ОтветитьThis series of breaking training down at home is fantastic. I very much enjoy it. Amituofo 🙏🏼
ОтветитьThis video is wonderful. Yes, I would love to see more of this type of home Kung Fu training. I am a caregiver to my mother and I am unable to leave her alone, so the training at home would be wonderful. I used to train at a Kwoon, but I felt that I wasn't getting proper instruction, and he has since closed down, so I am very grateful for your videos and all the effort you put into making them for all of us out here. Also, where can you make a video on the next part of the form Shaolin Ro Quan (soft fist) . I have been practicing the part you posted, and would like to learn the rest. It is a beautiful form. Thank you again, and please keep these wonderful tutorials coming. Xièxiè nǐ
ОтветитьThanks ❤️

Dear Shifu: Thank you for this. Alongside weight training I aspire to see whether Kung Fu is for me. To find classes in Minneapolis is difficult!
Your video nudges me with optimism. I just wish I could venture into paid lessons!
I'll learn what I can from the videos here. (Then once I add second or third incomes...)
This will our last movement for our first duan hopefully before the year runs out
ОтветитьThanks shifu
ОтветитьI am in my mid 40s plus I have extremely stiff hips and my shoulders are very tight such that it is hard to even attempt stretching exercises in those areas - even harder for me to do sitting poses etc.
My goal is to achieve mobility, flexibility and balance with time.
I used to lift weights such that I have an athletic body, but it is stiff.
Hence, what would your recommendations be in terms of :
a) How often I should stretch?
b) How long each workout routine should be?
c) As far as workouts, what suggestions would you recommend I do?
When I read about many who are successful e.g. in Martial Arts, they started at ages 6 or 7, but I am in my 40s with a willing heart to learn as much as I can but I just need guidance, hence my inquiry.
Please advice.
I am slowly making my way thought the online course on this form and it's a joy to practice with very clear instruction and structure. It's also very nice to see here students of all levels try their best with it in this video, a little extra motivation :)
Ответить💪💪💪👍🎵💓🌺💞
