get some hornwort, in less then a few months those tubs will prbly mostly clear up, as for shade shade cloth would be another good option or even better then the hornwort get some form of floater, salvinia minima should be fantastic for such a purpose. duckweed might also be good. another option could be house plants like peace lily and monstera
