Hope this actor made a lot of money and uses it wisely.. goes to college and is able to explore all of his options. As a younger child actor, he was blessed in getting the role, but it probably also limited his real-life experiences.. so go out there, young man, and dream big. Please take care of yourself emotionally and not fall into the traps Hollywood can set.

They definitely went out at the top. Dragging it our would have changed the "feel" that we've all been left with. What incredible talent these little people brought in from the get-go, and what terrific people they developed into both on screen and in interviews.

Amazing young man with so much talent and fortitude ... he will go far.

The last two episodes were SO good.

I learned the Caltech man asking if Sheldon was lost is a Particle Physicist both series used to make sure all the science was accurate.

He feels they needed a young gay actor to play Jim Parson's character of Sheldon even though Sheldon wasn't gay.

All the friends Sheldon will make at CalTech! Hah! Ans: ONE, Amy. Everyone else that met Sheldon tolerated him at best. Nobody wanted to spend any time with that guy. He was the most self-centered, arrogant. condescending know-it-all control freak in humanity. He never admitted wrong or accepted anyone else's opinion. He was selfishness par excellence. If anyone needed therapy, it was Sheldon Cooper. He had a few positive attributes but not many.

And, that's what made the show a success. Everyone can say, "well, I have faults, but not as many as Sheldon Cooper". I've met people similar to Sheldon, I avoided them at all costs, and so did everyone else.

The last episode was kind of disappointing to see Sheldon and Amy make more than one appearances. The story seems out of context and spoiled it. I would just have showed Jim Parsons visit his empty house and leave it to that.

George's death made me cry..

I still feel like the worst character treatment in the show was Paige.

They did her character dirty, basically ruining her life.

Great job overall, but how in the hell do you have the "smartest man in the world" saying "mis-CHEEV-i-ous" instead of pronouncing the word correctly? UGH.

How lovely to see that Iain Armitage has grown into such a delightful, articulate and intelligent young man! I hope that never changes, and I wish him well in all his future endeavors.

Old Sheldon has a child. There is a bike outside the house... (I haven't watched the episode yet) and Sheldon has a new house, a new life, so we do not expect the TBBT show to continue....

Sheldon not saying anything during dad’s funeral. Shows he said a lot. This show at finale had me in tears. A bit bittersweet.

I'm sorry but I thought ending was a little lackluster. The funeral episode was nice.

The Big bang theory ended May 16th 2019 and young Sheldon ended May 16th 2024. I just find that interesting

I loved watching older Sheldon and AMy, we need an adult Sheldon show.

I love when adult Sheldon suddenly realizes that the greatest gift his parents gave him was they made sure he had a normal childhood which is priceless

Those last 3 episodes were painful and so real to watch. I felt their pain, mostly Sheldon's. Great job to all of them! <3

It's only been 5 years since the BBT finale, but somehow Jim Parsons has aged 20 years.

Seems like a good kid. Hopefully he doesn't wind up like a lot of former child stars

Two things I don't understand about this last episode:
1, a minor point: why was Sheldon clearing his room? Surely when a kid of 14 leaves to college he'll be coming home regularly (on hollidays etc). It would be normal if he just kept the room intact.
2, and this is really bizar for me: why do Sheldon and Missy have to be baptized?? They live in a devoted Christian family. Wouldn't it be normal that they had already been baptized directly after they were born? Just like CC was earlier in the season!

Sad they changed that Sheldon went to UT for undergrad (as per TBBT canon)

It's crazy to think that between the beginning of TBBT and YS has been almost 20 years.

Great job on the ending! Very sad because it probably hit home for most of us, the anger, the what if’s and wish you could have done something different. Great actors and writers to make us feel it so much. I loved both of the shows, looking forward to the new spinoff should be just as good!!

I hope he can get a lot of acting jobs in the future like Dwayne Johnson or other big actors and become mainstream and I hope he still channels his Sheldon character in other characters he does an amazing job portraying different types of personalities and crazy personalities he really make the character seem like real life not a TV character

Quite the well spoken young man in the interview. Definitely can't say his role as Sheldon hurt in that regard.
