That certainly sounds like a relatively quick and easy fix. But that house looks like it's just this side of being condemned. 😳
Edit: a word
Best option provided by you.
ОтветитьIf the home was such a health hazard why did they continue to work there the first time when they capped the cold line? They should have seen the condition and turned down the work immediately. I can’t stand people that start something with no intentions of finishing it.
ОтветитьGreat solution. I work in remediation and have been to homes that were much worse. The goal should be to help not to just provide a half measure. I’m not saying you have to work in these conditions but if you start the job then finish it. No excuse to charge money when you have no intention of finishing. Just refuse any work if you don’t like the conditions and maybe recommend someone like us who will solve the problem.
ОтветитьThat house is disgusting 🤢
ОтветитьUnder what conditions would a home be condemned? This seems pretty rough
Although i'm no home inspector so i wouldn't know
Repipe cold lines. Same as you
ОтветитьThat house is nasty!!!
I understand the house being old but dishes dirt and all that hell naw🤮
I would have called code enforcement once I left and would have told them the conditions of the house , I'm sorry for there loss but there is not reason why that house should look like that
ОтветитьI had to work inside of some of San Francisco’s most notorious public housing units.. this house is nothing compared to those
Ответитьthat house is A MESS
ОтветитьJust looking at it yeah its a definite health hazard……
ОтветитьI’m sorry I’m out. Shark Tank voice…….
