That's the issue with programming higher level languages. You believe that it's supposed to be a set of instructions, but you're not understanding how much of the instructions are already done for you by the interpreter and how much of it you're actually writing.

My current situation 😅

My learning consists of 2 days cramming in JavaScript. 1 day break 2 days learning html/css and then same again… you’ll get it remember to take breaks so your brain has time to absorb

CSS has been hard on me any advice I bought books have done free code camp but I just can’t seem to core it

Truth. This is truth. But take the plunge though, get a really well reviewed and BIG book on Javascript that takes you all the way back to the beginning so you can see how the language evolved. And read it. It will suck but you will "get it"!

As a dev I practiced html on mino and I have mastered it

I went from html and css to python first since I knew about flask then I learnt its not used much so I had to go into javascript and while I breezed though python I struggled through javascript

I just wanted to make a death counter right. Simple. Then i fugged up by trying to add bells & whistles & it just blew up. (0 yrs of experience)
