The legislative branch writes laws therefore the employees taking complaints of violations can find the law involved in investigating the AG’s office.
The board cannot block one citizen from playing a recording then let another do it. That would be a violation, then the school board lied to the AG’s office which is a crime saying that no one could play videos at a meeting when they do allow other people to do so.

Republicans do not like to work and more importantly they do not like to think because thinking is work. Is Nebraska not a republican state? If it is not a republican state please inform me but as I look at the governor, the lt governor, both senators it is as republican as any republican state in the nation. And from Donald Trump down to the lowest traitor of January 6th insurrection there are lot of lazy ass, do nothing, fascists running the state and not one of them can think of a full sentence or work a hard day without telling everyone else what to do. This whole country has gone to hell in a hand basket, gone completely soft on crime for other republicans and rely solely on the democrats to get something done. What’s going to happen if the dunce from Mar-a-lago gets elected and he brings in all the criminals of the swamp that he appointed last time? Where will he find anyone willing to work? The prisons where he has put the democrats and the people of color both Native American’s from south or the border and African Americans from here in the United States? Someone has to fix this country and isn’t going to be the republicans that Trump saves from going to prison. The only way we can ever Make America Great Again is to get rid of MAGA forever.
