在上一年的年尾，我從淘寶那裏淘了一個奶白色的i7海氏烤箱。這款烤箱是風爐烤箱，有果乾，發酵，熱風功能。我用了它將近三個月，覺得它的性能個方面都很好。對比其他臺面烤箱，真的很不錯用了。它的操作方式也很簡單，價錢雖然不是很便宜，可是個人覺得CP值高。除了熱風啓動後的聲音略大，按鈕的質感可以提升之外，暫時沒有對它沒有不滿意的地方。
這款i7海氏烤箱當時我在淘寶的海氏旗艦店買的售價是 RMB1261 (沒有包括郵費），大家可以在特定的日子去查看，有時會有特價。當時買了這款i7海氏烤箱后，其插頭是中國插頭，我把插頭換成馬來西亞的插頭后，就可以使用了。

1.草莓乾棉花糖

草莓乾烤68攝氏 5小時
棉花糖烤120攝氏 15分鐘

2.酥皮鮮蝦奶油蘑菇湯

1個酥皮或手抓餅皮
1顆鷄蛋打散 刷餅皮

✔餡料部分
6-7只蝦, 6-7個蘑菇, 4分之1洋葱, 10g黃油
✔濃湯部分
15g黃油 25g麵粉 250g清湯(隨自己喜歡,也可以用清水代替) 60g 淡奶油
預熱烤箱180攝氏 烤20分鐘

3. 香橙酸奶布丁土司

✔酸奶
500ml鮮奶 0.5g 菌粉
發酵42攝氏8小時
✔吐司
3片吐司, 2顆鷄蛋, 10g 白糖, 10g 粟粉, 100g 酸奶
預熱烤箱200攝氏 烤18分鐘

4. 烤小鷄腿，翅

15-20個小鷄腿，翅
✔腌料
7粒小洋葱，1.5寸姜，加點水搾成汁，加2大匙醬油，1大匙黑醬油，1大匙蜜糖，腌30分鐘至1小時，也可以腌過夜(冰箱)。
預熱烤箱200攝氏 烤10分鐘取出，刷上蜜糖繼續烤15分鐘

Last year December, I bought a countertop convection oven Hauswirt i7 from Taobao. This oven does have dried fruit, fermentation, convection fan mode. I have been using this convection oven for 3 months and there are some features which I found it worthwhile to share with you guys. The way to operate convection oven Hauswirt i7 is also quite simple. Other than the price is slightly higher, noise of the convection fan is slightly noisy and quality of the button can be improved, I am quite satisfy with its overall performance whereby all the cuisine can be baked evenly, nicely colored and also taste crispy (especially tart/pastry puff). I spent RMB 1261 for this Hauswirt i7 oven from Taobao (exclude postage fee) and its plug need to be changed to Malaysia plug in order for it to work.

1. Dried strawberry with marshmallow

Dry strawberry at 68celcius bake for 5hours
Bake marshmallow at 120celcius for 15min

2. Creamy shrimp mushroom soup with puff pastry

1 beaten egg for pastry brushing
1 ready made pastry puff

✔Filing
6-7 pieces of prawn, 6-7 mushrooms, 1/4 onion, 10g butter
✔Soup
15g butter, 25g flour, 250g soup base (any soup base you prefer or you can reply with water), 60g light cream
preheat oven 180celcius bake for 20min

3. Orang yogurt pudding toast

✔Yogurt
500ml fresh milk with 0.5g yogurt starter pack
Ferment at 42celcius for 8hours

✔Toast
3 slice bread, 2 Egg, 10g Sugar, 10g corn flour, 100g Yogurt, some finely chopped orange skin
preheat oven 200celcius bake for 18min

4. Roasted chicken wing & drumstick

15-20pieces of small chicken wing/drumstick
✔Marinated sauce
7shallots, 1.5 inches of ginger, add some water and blend them, extract the juice. Add 3 tablespoon of light soya sauce,1 tablespoon of dark soya sauce,1 tablespoon of honey. Marinate for 30min to 1hour or even whole night (refrigerate).
preheat oven 200celcius bake for 10min, brush with honey and continue to bake for another 15min
