The Outlander is selling extremely well in my area. Keep seeing college students in them so looks like Mitsubishi could be making a comeback
ОтветитьHow did the Hyundai get #2 with all of those dislikes?
ОтветитьMazda CX-5 is the best in its segment by a big margin and of course its not included in this test. I would take the Outlander over the Rogue given the better 10 year powertrain warranty and nicer interior.
ОтветитьIs the following list properly arranged according to their city potholes drive ability (soft suspension)?
1. Nexon (best)
2. Urban Cruiser (very good)
3. XUV300 (good)
4. Kiger (descent)
5. Magnite (not that good)
6. Sonet (not that bad)
7. Venue (worst)
Please correct me if the findings are wrong from my test drives
I drove the tuscon and it’s awesome. Very comfortable.
ОтветитьMy understanding is that the smaller display that comes standard with the lower trim levels of the Tucson is much easier to use than the larger one.
ОтветитьThat's the ranking for brand-new vehicles. For the three years used the ranking will be upside-down.
ОтветитьThe Honda. I really thought I'd sell my Subie and get another CRV. Disappointed again. I strongly disagree with there being lots of in-cabin storage. Honda seems to be good with getting rid of in-cabin accessories to cut costs. The open center console is awkward and less convenient. The two bottom trim lines have no or one seat back pocket. Wth? Very poor visibility through the back and rearmost side windows. I don't want to be forced to rely on the cheesy rear camera. Cargo space is good. I wish they had the fold flat passenger seat.. doesn't the Fit still have this awesome option? Cabin/engine noise? I never thought once about it. Fine. The touchscreen? I don't know. I don't think it washed out like my current or the new Subie does. I also don't think it reflected sunlight piercingly back into my eyes like the Subie does. Bring back buttons! The Nissan: This is what brought to the forefront of the review that vehicle reliability is not addressed frequently in these reviews. If the vehicle is sitting in the shop multiple times over, it doesn't matter how much storage it has or how nicely it drives. I'd love to test drive the newest Rogue. However, I've already had a salesperson recommend against it because of their, yes, CVT. I would love to hear if Nissan has improved it. Until then, no Rogue for me.
ОтветитьAccording to your own test remarks, the Honda CR-V had the highest EPA-rated mpg on regular gas and is also the quickest to 60 mph despite according to you folks being slowest off the line. According to your test, the Honda also has more space, which is one of the main drivers toward any SUV purchase. So the reason for its low scoring according to your published scores, was basically the lack of recent updates that the other vehicles had (which I concur, Honda should already have many of these), noise (for which you published no dB measured data, just what you thought you heard??), 0-10 MPH numbers (I didn’t see the 0-30 MPH numbers published), cargo storage, even though an in video statistic had the CR-V tied for most as tested cargo volume with the Tucson, you folks gave the CR-V the 3rd highest score for cargo volume… how did that happen?? All in all, I see many holes in this multicar compact SUV comparison… just saying!!
ОтветитьI have an outlander 2022, has the same engine has rouge , car comes with rear sun shades, has 20 i ches rims, better improved transmission than rouge, has better drive, comes with gear shifters too, the car is way bigger than rouge. Outlander also has thick windows and the quetedt cabin for 2022. I had the rouge 2019 and 2021 drove both and anyone who knows cars would go for outlander
ОтветитьThis review is too biased on buttons and gadgets. The most important thing about a vehicle how it drives, not where you put your purse. I've personally owned and driven a CRV and have driven Tiguans and been a passenger in Forresters. They are not to firm. CVTs are noisy on hard acceleration and hardly noticeable in regular driving. In my opinion, the reviewers are to concerned about stuff rather than the actual performance of the vehicles.
ОтветитьNow test the Rogue against the RAV4 and the CX5!
ОтветитьYou can get rear sunshades in the outlander with The touring package or a dealer option lol
ОтветитьI own a Hyundai Tuscon and the complaints about the buttons go away after the days of driving the car. You can also get a lower trim that has physical buttons
ОтветитьThe volume know argument is dumb. Just use the steering wheel controls. I have both and almost never use the knob in any of the 4 cars we have
ОтветитьTesting in my home suburbs! So weird seeing places that I go all the time. Great video!
ОтветитьAs what I've remembered the Outlander has rear sunshades and a back pockets
ОтветитьThis review of the CR-V is absolutely awful and biased.
ОтветитьYeah where is the Ford Escape and Mazda CX-5 and Ford bronco sport or Chevrolet Equinox or Kia Sportage or Jeep Cherokee or Toyota RAV4 or GMC Terrain or the new Mazda cx50
ОтветитьLove the new Outlander good job Mitsubishi
Ответитьwhy the design and looks are not taken in to consideration?
ОтветитьThe only mistake in this test is not bringing the most two important suvs in this segment: rav4 and cx5
ОтветитьWill love to see the Ford Escape and Toyota RAV4 in this comparison
ОтветитьHappy to see mitsubishi competing again 💪 thank you nissan for thr help 🔥
ОтветитьTiguan has rare thermal adjustment too!!
ОтветитьWhat about the lane keeping assist or autonomous cruise control systems? Is the zero gravity seats of the rogue just marketing? If the RAV4 hybrid was in the group, how would it have done?
ОтветитьInteresting review but as stated, what does it even mean that a "the manufacturers was invited to attend and both declined"?? You could surely purchase one, rent one, borrow one from a local dealer? Just doesn't make sense. I would have like to see the CX-5 and Sportage added to the mix of reviews as well as the Rav4 of course and to a lesser extent the Ford Escape.
ОтветитьHow can these “Tests” Comparing any vehicle be completed without all the competing models present?! So, Toyota and Ford didn’t want to play.. So, GO RENT THEM! How Idiotic to even call it a compact comparison. Where’s the Mazda? The Sportage? Etc
ОтветитьWhat about the Mazda CX-5? 🤔🤔
ОтветитьGreat Review go Rogue
ОтветитьWhy no Mazda??
ОтветитьEquinox and Terrain recently updated.
ОтветитьGreat Job 👏 as always. I'm in the market to a compact/mid size SUV/CUV. I’ve been doing an in depth research and learning as much as I can, determining the pros & cons. That's where you guys come in. Thank you. My final decision still hovers around the VW TIGUAN/ATLAS CROSS SPORT vs The HYUNDAI TUCSON abundance of choices. I am pissed 😤 that VW has a Hybrid in Europe and Refuses to Bring them to the USA/CANADA & BRAZIL. What’s the deal? Do the Germans think we do not care for the environment?
ОтветитьThe CR-V is junk ,I agree 💯.. my friends have one and it feels like a beer can rolling down the road , total piece of junk. It needs a huge redesign.
ОтветитьRogue and Outlander are the same car with a different name yet you score them this differently...
ОтветитьThese reviews are so inconsistent. Issues on some are OK on the others? Each vehicle should have a standard benchmark apply instead of one personal preference to the others.
ОтветитьAnd the Mazda CX-5?
ОтветитьNot sure why you'd leave out the CX-5?
ОтветитьThe CRV was last redesigned in 2017. Why test it especially if its updates have been limited?
This review is lame.🤔
Please start including a real world mpg loop again.
EPA numbers often don't reflect what people find on a normal commute.
kia????
