I came across this video and i agree with everything you are saying. As a fan of Cry, i am in a very difficult position. I live in the UK so the legal age here is 16 and im yet to find statements from anyone who was under the age of 16 at the time. So its very hard for me to decide if hes in the wrong or not. Plus the age gap between a 16 year old and his age at the time is the exact same age gap as me and my boyfriend. I am in my 20s and hes in his 30s. But when i was 16 i was very well aware of if a man was trying to come onto me compared to a boy. I knew what was wrong and what was right when i was 16. 15 and under, i never had sex with anyone. When i turned the legal age, i did. I want to be angry at Cry because in the states what he did was illegal but i want to know the full story before making my judgement.

yeah his video doesn't seem genuine, I hoped that he had actually changed but considering how he put a barrito as a profile pic along with the points you mentioned, it really does seem he isnt taking things seriously, I even made my own channel inspired by cry but meh that guy aint good. Though i still do hope he changes at some point and tries to make amends, its a shame that the cool guy i always wanted to be like turned out to be like this, I didnt watch his content too often, and I didnt really follow LNC much, but the few play throughs of his I did watch really made me want to be like him, sigh....2020 is a weird year.

Honestly this whole situation is too tragic beyond words. I’d been looking to find some old animations of his and instead I find all this, what also breaks my heart is seeing how barely anyone is reporting on it. I can only wish the victims the best in their healing.

The fame and popularity got to his head and he relished in the satisfaction of being able to communicate in that way with all the girls, underage and otherwise. I dont doubt what he said about being lonely, and feeling like he had no purpose, there's many people like that. But he took that glory the wrong way, and now he lost his friend group and fans. It's pretty sad really, what he did was completely wrong but this was a guy that would desperately do anything to feel close to people.

I almost forgot about him until now. Any news on him? He had been disappeared since the last tweet or video. I even checked if he's on the registry (by using his real name).

I will continue to say this. Cry deserves legal actions, but not jail/prison. He needs psychological help (goes for victims as well). Prison is death, not an option. (If you're not inhumane). I will agree to disagree. I do not stand for Cry, I only don't think prison is a solution.

Why do you think that he is the one praying? It's obviously other way around, girls loveee him, they worship every little attention he gave them, they crave it. This in combination with Cry's insecurities and a need for attention cannot result in a good thing. But calling this horny girls victims is a bit of a stretch, where were they all this years? Hurting someone's feelings or breaking a heart isn't a crime (not saying it is a good thing, it's seriously not moral if this is not obvious, and YES irl and online is a COMPLETELY different thing). The deniability to this and what happened and the misconstruedness without any real natural thought is just hilarious. everyone here is just ready to get on the ban wagon of hatred, which will solve absolutely nothing. if you truly want it to be a "phycological approach" then you all would just get off your high horse and give it some actual thought. the only two out comes that most people will take when something like this happens is either the apologetic side, which is unlikely, and the "the aren't who you were" side of it. and what ever sides initially chosen is just followed by everyone else.

18 victims?!?

Last year was the first I had heard of this and I was busy with college work so I wad unable to look into it. Yesterday I remember about it and decided to do some deep digging. There's random stuff to try and piece together and there's very little videos of people trying to compile it for us. There's some OLD pictures someone claim they found of Cry on his sister's Facebook. The worst part of all of this (aside from Russ), is that not only did Cry do this for years send hide it and isn't remorseful but a lot of people on the forums for this are calling the victims ugly (judging them as underage girls and how they are now). Cry claimed he was giving them self esteem. But in no for is it the job of an adult to teach young girls how to feel. And that's just a sad excuse anyway. He wanted what he wanted and for years he used his anonymous popularity to get it. There are also people saying he deserves his privacy. If this goes to court and he gets convicted, then no he doesn't. Registered sex offenders don't deserve anonymity. That's public knowledge so you can try to protect yourself and any child around you. There's a lot more I can say but this is what I will stop at. Venting to get it off of my mind.

Just wanted to give a little update. As of 9/9/20, twitch has officially banned Cryaotic. I have not seen any other updates yet but will let you know.
