Very interesting video. I really needed this
Ответитьthe sleeping advice you mention is most definitely true, there are nights where i was tired and studied maybe an hour, the next day i went back to the book, let me tell you, i know for a fact i dont remember jack crap about what i read that night, when i actually got sleep to study better next day, i can literally recall what i read and knew i definitely learned something. SLEEP is CRUCIAL to learning and before test day, you need it!
ОтветитьThat's exactly how I studied an undergrad. I broke everything down into little parts so before an exam I was study 2 weeks out especially if it was a harder class and just study a little bitty today for a couple hours and then by the time exam day came around i would ace the exam. And then once I started getting more comfortable with college and understanding the pace I could push my study time out to maybe 7 to 10 days and sometimes 5 days just depending on the level of the class.
ОтветитьThanks for the video! Saved to watch it again once more. : )
Good luck on your path! : )
If you think that you can study 10 hours a day, you never studied well in your all life
ОтветитьI dont think studying 70+ hours a week should be a flex
ОтветитьYou never spoke about the 10 hours 🙆🏿♂️😂
ОтветитьSo if I work around 40 hours a week, then sleep 56 hours a week (7*8=56), so the rest is just studying 💀 when am I supposed to workout, eat, relax and have a social life if I’m expected to study 70+ hours a week?? I’m already very efficient by this seems excessive.
ОтветитьReally recommend reading atomic habits there is more details about environment and mindset
Ответитьsomebody kill me, work probably 80+ hours a week as a doctor in the US, study 70 + hour a week, 150 hours of stuff with only 168 hours in the week. Sleep 2 hours a day. No biggie. Come on man, at least be slightly realistic with this stuff.
ОтветитьYour content is really good pal....
But i felt there some issue with it, Your explanation or simply saying its slightly hard to follow and understand the message you want to portray in this video.
If u can find a way to make it more easier for audience to understand , that would me more beneficial.
Number 1- Get proper sleep
Me with narcolepsy- Fuck.
Here's a tip HE DOESNT
Ответить70 hours a week is 10 hours of studying a day. Leaving 6-7 hours of sleep. Thats 17 hours. Leaving a total of 7 to do everything else. Not buying it one bit.
Ответитьi can study for that long maybe 2-3 weeks, after that i would be burned out if i do more
ОтветитьThat thing live 1 day at time is just so helpfull. Finaly I can try to live and not just worry about future.
ОтветитьThink of how much people are doing stuff when they work 50 hour weeks and raise children and keep up the house (40 more hours a week). Maybe exercise another 5 hours a week.
That 7 hours of sleep is looking like a luxury.
Haven't seen the video but I have a guess – you have no job, that's why
Ответитьtbh studying 10 hours seems so much that it looks like it is dumb
ОтветитьSimple: Lie.
Ответитьthis is bullshit.
Ответитьwhy i don't trust you
Ответитьbro how would you look if u missed the gym
Ответитьim literally watching this instead of studying
Ответитьgonna sleep on my math assignments
Ответитьman i wish i could study 70 hours in a day
ОтветитьWorking/studying 70+ hours is the easy part. The hard part is keeping your life organized around it, food, cleaning your home, paying your bills, appointments. This is what will sap your energy and focus. Remember this guy probably has more money and support and less stress than most.
ОтветитьWell guys from experience I'm telling you, don't take these examples, out of 10 hrs, even out of 5 the max of actual productive work or study is 2 so consider how much of the time you study is actually effective and don't just waste your time, I know it might look and sound plausible, but you will never study 10 hours effectively, especially for more than one instance.
ОтветитьThamks
ОтветитьWhat do you do for food/meal prep?
ОтветитьYou are able to study 70+ hours a week, because you are younger than 30y.e. The end 🍀
ОтветитьI Have been watching tons of videos everyday on how to study hoping i will days passing by I'm not able to start it😢
ОтветитьErrato ! Essere efficienti significa in realtà fare tanto e bene nel minor tempo possibile
E non friggersi il cervello per più di 10 h al giorno

ОтветитьI loved Mari Kondo’s book, it was really helpful. Unfortunately the rest of my family weren’t interested in tidying up!
ОтветитьThere a minimum three videos in your account here, where you say "... this have changed my life forever"... you must be a Terminator already! 🤣 You're exaggerating a bit.

Ответитьdoes anyone know what ipad case/keyboard is that?
ОтветитьLets do some simple maths to prove why this guy is full of shit. He's claiming to study 70+ hours a week, so that's 10+ hours a day. Let's say he's studying 11 hours a day to make the 70+ hours a week that he's claiming in this video.
Wakes up at 6am.
30 minutes to shower and get dressed.
Start studying at 6:30am.
Following the Pomodoro technique, he would be doing 1 hour, 10 minutes off.
That mean's he finishes studying at 8:20pm.
To get his 8 hours of sleep, he needs to be in bed at roughly 9:30pm to fall asleep at 10pm.
That gives him 1 HOUR AND 10 MINUTES of free time during the day. How exactly is he going to the gym? When is he cooking / eating? When is he doing chores? When is he meeting friends?
❤

ОтветитьNot burnt out huh mf
Ответитьthis didn t age well
Ответитьexercise works because it increases BDNF in the brain which is a protein that makes it easier to learn and retain information.
