I had a very similar ladder from a different maker. I didn't keep it for long, it was a case of jack of all trades, master of none. I found it overly heavy, cumbersome to open, especially opening it to full extension, you need plenty of space around to fold it out fully. It also had lots of pinch hazards. I suggest if you want to get one of these multi-function ladders (from whichever brand) you go and see/test one in person before parting with your money. The only real benefit I found was it would fit in a large car (unlike an extension ladder).

I have a set of this type of ladder, not as long as these but they are indeed useful, but having a storage place for them can be an issue when folded up.

Like the Video's, In America those folding ladders are very Heavy like (Little Giant Ladders)?

I’ve just bought a scaffold tower designed for stairwell use 14 foot at the highest point. Heavy and takes about 10/15 minutes to assemble BUT it gave me a safe working platform I could not accidentally step from. I’m old so difficult carrying anything heavy and don’t think I would use this in this in my scenario. Personal choice but looks to be a great piece of kit for some.

I have a similar ladder but I have never trusted myself to use the stand-off feature; it's probably fine but I don't want to try it and have something bad happen!

Great ladder but, do have one very similar myself. Yours is bigger than mine but, I guess that ain't difficult 😂. Anyway, nevermind the ladder, I'm still waiting for the garage door replacement 😊

The aldoor website only sells the 4x5 ladders without platforms, but your one has them. Is it a new feature or was it a special for you?
