Notre Dame’s win over Army was VIOLENT & DOMINANT! Was it enough to move up 2 spots in the CFP?!

The score could have been higher if they would have converter on downs inside the 5 yard line and nailed some field goals. The game was not close at all. The garbage td at the end didn't even make the score remotely close at all. With that said, we played that game with the right mentality. We were violent, we were bullies, we played with a chip for sure. Go Irish ☘

I really hope that Freeman can have the whole place kicking issue addressed before the playoffs if not before this Saturday. We're going to need Jeter down the road. Go Irish ☘

I would be more worried about this game if we hadn’t lost to NIU earlier this year, everything about this game screams let down game for the Irish, based off past experiences, however I’ve seen Notre Dame playing with an attitude that I can’t ever remember them playing with before, we’ve had some good teams but this year we have a different mentality, a violent mentality and it’s shining through every week, and if we’ve had that mentality for the army game I don’t think we’ll have trouble having that same mentality against our arch rivals.

I think the Irish win this game by around 10. Kudos to the team and coaches for getting into position for the CFP after the worst loss in history. They know it’s there for them now. I don’t think they lose this one. Go Irish!!

Obviously don't overlook usc, but I'm with Luke on this one. I don't see what is so inherently dangerous about this USC team versus all the other games that were supposed to be a trap game. Defense is better but not exactly a world beater. The pressure is on Notre Dame because of what's at stake but it's not coming from USC, it's coming from the situation. USC's biggest game is always going to be UCLA. They just got bowl eligible and other than making a statement it's not like this game does anything different for them

Stuck playing Army after Miami got to back out of their game with ND

The only two players I'm worried about are Woody Marks and Deuce Robinson, and DR only bc, while Leonard Moore has been great in BMo's absence, it's largely been against mid to below average receivers. And DR is I think a 6'6" or 6'7" receiver.

All that being said, I still like ND's chances to cover.

The "blue-gray" color of the jerseys were fine, but those golden numbers just didn't mesh well. Could have been better. I'd like to see a "Madonna Blue" jersey sometime in the future. I know that calls back to a down time in ND history, but I like the look.

Gentlemen, just want to let you know that the scenario that Lune experienced getting into Yankee Stadium is actually pretty normal.
I’ve gone to hundreds of games there, including playoff games, World Series games, AND Notre Dame Army.
There aren’t enough gates, they are all impossibly slow, one magnetometer per gate… the entire process is maddeningly SLOW. Every time I’ve been there, and much so more in the ‘new’ stadium.
