Full Colour Decals in 60 ish seconds (Still Works in 2025!)

I did everything according to the guide, but the photo does not change color, what should I do?

followed it to the t and it worked now time to call some chaos

i have done all of these steps exactly. i even resized copies of my image with multiple different programs and tried them separately, but it just doesnt work. What do i do??

i see it in color the first time but once i click next its back to cursed image mode

I did everything in the video, checked everything, after i find the picture in the folders when I want to put it with decal tool it show full colored pic but then I press "next" the second time it shows the distorted colors

i literally did all the steps right and on the next slide over it doesnt allow me to have it in full color (with the gradient slider n shit)

Hey I'm having trouble with mine? I changed the name for Flair specifically, and it's still not working. I double checked everything and it appears correct. My file names are accurate, my image is the right file type, TF2 was closed, so I'm not sure what's wrong.

does it have to be exactly 128x128

soooo how do you do 2 different images without deleting the first one? it just keeps applying "paper_overlay" because my other image is "paper_overlay (2)"
